Well this is another incompetent bank from Indian government, government officers. Suggestion: If someone want to make their life hell then open a account in this bank. My screen shot is showing, current situation of their supper secure banking system, which is no use for banking activity(Look for another private bank which can give you better service with less headache) So for login--> 1. Open(Supper secure :-)) home page. 2. Click on a link((Supper secure :-)) which will take you to another (Supper secure :-)) link. 3. Choose your (Supper secure :-)) user type. This will open a (Supper secure :-)) page(Don't know what the hack they are doing ...... :-P) 4. Enter (Supper secure :-)) user id. 5. Enter (No not the password ) answer of two stupid question which you might not know. 6. If you survived that much then enter the (Supper secure :-)) password. 7. Now wait....wait... wait.. and keep on waiting until it crash. 8. And here you have completed your transaction. Good luck. Now scratch your head or bang it on your computer or if you have patient then keep on doing same thing again and again.

Amazing CEO and the team I am an NRI account holder with BoB. I had an issue with Bank of Baroda branch in Gujarat, India. They were non-responsive for a month and I had pretty much written off the money I had in that account as they were giving the run around in closing the account. I just took a chance and wrote to the CEO of BoB in New York. What an amazing experience! He immediately responded and had a very efficient and polite lady from his team work thru the problem. They got the issue resolved in a couple of days. Very impressed and thankful for their help!
