I've only had the most positive experiences at this branch location. The tellers are always so nice and when I needed a loan, the representative that helped me was very caring and listened to my woes. Amalgamated is one of the only banks left that still give personal loans and I when I needed to come up with money for extensive dental work, they were the only ones that helped. I will forever be grateful for the people in this branch making a very stressful situation easier.

Opened a small business account on a Tuesday at 9:30a. No line, and Eunice helped me understand everything and get it all set up and good to go by 10:30a. The only issue was on the tech side, as it seemed as if some of the processes for setting up could be more streamlined. But very kind associates and good experience for me!
