First bank that punishes their customers for putting money into their account. Never had a bad check. Still takes 3 to 4 days to get my money.

They moved from a very convenient, easy to access location which had a free parking lot. They are now in the butt crack of down town where you have to pay to park /if/ you can find a parking spot. Which you probably won't. Unless you're willing to walk about 5 blocks or more. Not at all convenient. They have downgraded immensely in my opinion.

This is without question the worst phone service available for any financial institution with which I have had contact. The people to whom you speak when you call are NOT in the US, interesting as this is US Eagle, an allegedly American company. I have been lied to, given incorrect information, and treated without respect. The mistakes the credit union makes are without parallel. I just transferred (or attempted to) a $1700 balance from my AMEX to my US Eagle Credit Card. The balance was INSTANTLY charged to my US Eagle card, and yet, has not been taken from the AMEX balance. I received a letter saying they were unable to process the transfer due to incorrect info, yet, they had NO PROBLEM charging my account. I have tried to correct the problem with their many foreign, non-English speaking phone employees, to no avail. I have already taken the majority of my funds out of this account, but kept the credit card due to low rates. Now, it appears, I must cancel this, as well. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION.

We have banked with these guys for over 10 years. The people are not very flexible Do not get behind ever. Upon completion of my business with them I will not use them or recommend them to anyone. Save the heartache.

This was my favorite bank because of the the employees are awesome. But hours have changed, this locaton I relied on this locating what's to be open especially on weekends or open later. Just cuz the changed hours my car did go down trying to get to you N were closed... :( hopefully im back up soon with my car n miss your hours and times ive spent with you since I was young ..

I have always received courteous and professional service at this location, whether I need notary service or a copy of an e-statement. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

We have been with this a bank for over 6 years. We have had so many problems with this bank it's not even funny! We have good credit, always pay our bills on time and they still have denied us 2 time for a small loan that we where going to pay off with our tax return. DO NOT USE THIS BANK THEY ARE NO GOOD!

The lady in the parking garage was very rude when i gave her a business card from the bank with the time and date stamped because I forgot to take the parking card inside the branch. This type of petty intolerance is enough to make me not return to this location. Edit: I understand that the parking garage attendant is not employed by the bank. Inside the branch I have always recieved stellar service. Changing my review to 5 stars for the professional response from US Eagle.

Their old branch had parking. Why should I have to pay for parking to go to my bank. This is why I use Rio Grande for most of my business. Ridiculous
