I went to this branch to close my two accounts but the assistant manager Mrs. Sutton ask on why and if she could help me with my issues that I explained to her about my bank branch in El Paso and I was extremely upset and tried of their lies and the issue that I was having. Mrs Sutton did go out of her way and did resolved my issue. Thank you

Not only will they refuse to remove OD fees from an unauthorized transaction, me being too poor is apparently too hard on this bank and CHARGE ME A NEGATIVE ACCOUNT BALANCE FEE. DO NOT BANK HERE DO NOT BANK HERE I REPEAT DO NOT BANK HERE. They claim to put customers first, it's their motto. That's a lie. When you call them the automated voice says they are happy to help with out financial needs. That's a lie. I try to call their resolution dispute center to see why they wont revoke OD fees and GEE GOLLY WHIZ EVERY TIME I CALL THE RESOLUTION CENTER CANT ANSWER AND THE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME GOES NOWHERE HMMM HMM this is a very scammy bank, their employees are in on it, I'm sure there are policies that say to never revoke OD fees, but this takes the cake. They are as bad as Wells Fargo, and after 4 years banking with them I'm done. I AM SO DONNE WITH THIS SCAMMY BANK I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE DEHUMANIZED THAN WITH THEM

This bank has screwed me over multiple times. They will do what ever they can to charge you excessive overdraft fees. Once I had a check I deposited from another bank and they froze it saying it was suspicious. Stay away from this bank unless you enjoy paying fees.
