You are better off going to a big name bank. These ladies are so rude and non helpful. My boyfriend signed his check for me to cash. They wouldn't cash it even tho the check was out of their bank. Any other bank just has me sign underneath his signature and they'll cash it. I hate this bank. A bunch of old cranky hags with no life so they make everyone else miserable !!!!!!! UPDATE: It is now the next day and I brought my BF all the way to the bank to cash the check and they take the check in the back. Come back out and say we can't cash it. why? We can't disclose that. Are you serious?? Why are you a bank if you can't cash a check that is from your own establishment?? In my opinion, I wouldn't use this bank. These old broads are on a high horse and need to be taken down a notch.
