This is christopher lee baptiste I would love to give you guys a great review u guys where great when u first started 2 years ago when I made an account but I use my card 4 time this past Saturday and you shut my dam card off when I have bills and a mouth to feed aka my dam sondid i report it stolen no i did not did i shut my card off no I did not so why would you shut off my dam card for using in manchester where i live and got the card who gave you the dam right to do so i got to get food for my son so he can have dinner and is now starving and went to bed hunger because u people pissed me off by doing what ever it is you did to lock me out of my own dam card and my own dam money that i worked 50 hrs a week to make just because i used it at 4 diffferent locations this is uncalled for and bs i dont get angery easily u mess with my sons food and my rent you opened a demond in side me tomorrows a dam holiday and I cant feed my dam son because you people shut me out of my own dam money news flash if it was missing or stolen I would have reported it infact everyone can use there dam card where ever and when ever but no I use it at 3 to 4 differnt spots to buy food some drinks cigs and take out money to take him out for cab fares and u lock me out what kinda bs is this turn my card back on this is down right unfair to me and my sink was up all dam night trying to figure out how to turn it back in but you have 0 customerservis past hrs and leave people with accsess to there own dam money because some how you can call the shots on shutting a card off with out it being reported stolen or lost I needed money on my dam card to pay for my sons birthcertificate so I can enroll him in school and once again I cant because of you people screwing with people lives never have i had so many problem with a bank turn it back on and stop screwing with my money i earned you distroy my life my sons meals my sons schooling my rent ill sue you for every dolkor that bank has good bye i hope to hear from you asap to fix this issue you all made for me good bye

The Tilton Northway Bank is by far the best Northway Bank in the Lakes region. I haven’t had good experiences at the one in Laconia. They’re not very friendly and I feel they’re very judgy. The Tilton Northway Bank has gone above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions and they are so polite and understanding so I recommend this bank to everyone. I’ve had many other accounts with Laconia savings, td bank north and had all bad experiences with them so Northway will always be my Bank!

Used to be decent bank but there a more and more options available that are just as good if not better. Their mobile banking is a nightmare, they even admit there's problems with it but never fix it. The mobile app shows available balance right after a cash deposit and if you transfer it to another account of your own, they charge an overdraft fee even though the money had to be there to begin with to transfer to a different account and shows as available! These people are thieves!

Wish I had got my mortgage somewhere else. They nickel and dime you for transactions and EFTs. They do not have great service a lot is outsourced. A local credit union would probably give you a better rate and be less predatory to customers. They have a confusing website as well with multiple log ins for different actions. I do not have a clue as to why they are notfamiliar with their own website. Whoever gave 5 stars is an employee

Card constantly gets denied for no reason, Business account doesn't get accepted at certain restaurants. Online app has been reset twice! Get with the times Northway!

Been here a few times in person for multiple reasons from large deposits to employment deposit slips and checks. Great people and great atmosphere. Honestly the bad reviews surprise me.
