I have literally sat at the drive thru 5 times in the past 2 weeks to make deposits. It has taken a minimum of 15 minutes every time!!! Why have a drive thru if you aren't going to staff it??? Horrible drive thru service!!

This is possibly the worst disaster of a bank or credit union I have ever worked with. No one has any idea what they are doing and it's a constant battle to just pay on my loan. Severely unimpressed!

Granite State has been great to work with. I have had multiple car loans and I am able to pay them through the mobile app. They have always been helpful and explain answers well when I have called them.
