The best CitiBank Customer Service ever! Thank you, Georgeen! 5 Star based solely on Customer Service. Inside the bank was cool and clean. Line was not long at all although I spoke with Georgeen to clear up a tax document. The drive thru ATM is in a very bad location, (Do Not Use It!) Customer Service... Niiiiice

For the second time now I’ve been unable to use the ATM because a violent homeless person is inside of the locked ATM area threatening to kill people. I’ve had enough and called Metro....this bank is a complete joke and does nothing to safeguard its account holders....do yourself a favor, cancel your account and go somewhere else!!!

My fiancee's bank; few walk-in locations but this is a good one with handicapped parking and easy access/egress through the front doors. Clean, convenient and centrally located in east Las Vegas. Bank representive, April Paragas, (not a teller) decided NOT to give us information that would have benefitted the police? This may be the banks standard procedure, but I found April somewhat aloof and distant during an this investigation of bank account larceny and fraud. This bank is recommended with some reservations!
