Awesome neighborhood branch! I love every time I go in the tellers know my name. Never experienced that on other large branches. Wendy Lopez and Ana Escatel are awesome, very personable and provide great customer service! Although the ATM machine still sucks! The staff is great so it makes up for that small inconvenience.

No temporary checks. No temporary debit cards. $50 fee to replace the debit card. Nsf charges if the account is negative for even one minute and they won’t reverse them. I’m done with this awful bank. Don’t bother coming here.

NO LOS RECOMIENDO, me han robado ya dos veces, la primera como$280 dlls en junio del 2017; y ahora 27 de julio, $305 dlls y lo único que dicen es. The bank had a promotional offer of Home equity. I reached out stating all my details upfront and clarifying that if the promotional offer is applicable for everyone inspite of specific terms. I was told YES everyone will be applicable for the program. However after the application, I was informed that the I will not be eligible. Well, I had provided all relevant info upfront plus clarified with questions, but seems like I was misguided. I would recommend you to really be cautious dealing with this Bank/Branch.

The tall lady older is the rudest she is very raceset. I reported her rude and unperfecional manner last year too head office . I use the branch once a year can not belive they have some like this in charge. The teller however was very nice and help full still that one bad apple and is in charge.
