Great bank and service.

I have been a customer of this bank for a number of years, and experienced great customer service on a continuing basis. I was motivated to post something today because I experienced it again when I called Jodi with a question about mobile banking. She chased down a solution to the question I had, and returned my call in prompt fashion. Genuine personal customer service is like "common sense", it is not very common anymore, and should not be taken for granted.
