These people like to make personal assessments of your personal accounts and how you should run it. That's my job, not theirs. Also, as a person with a trust fund, I haven't seen it so I don't know if they are taking from it or not along with the family of my late father. Sadly, this wouldn't be the first time they stole money from me.

I’ve been a Jeff Bank customer since the early ‘80s with checking, savings, car loans, home mortgage, and who knows what else. Great customer service no matter what department. I’m out of town most of the time so am a devoted Bill Pay user. Electronic banking allows me to easily continue using Jefferson Bank services even away from JC. And being part of the dogwood network allows me to use ATMs in the Central Bank system statewide and even a little more. Can you tell I strongly recommend Jefferson Bank?

I have been a customer of Jefferson Bank of Missouri for over 30 years and maybe even 40 and I have always had the best service ever. Employees are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great. I have had multiple accounts over the years including car loans and mortgages and am completely satisfied with this bank. I would recommend it to everyone.

When looking for a bank, consider somewhere else. Asking $5 to make change from a 20 to 20 1s seems like an hour's work. You'd be surprised that it takes a matter of seconds.

Put a hold on my paycheck that won’t clear until around the time I get my next paycheck. Initially tried to say that it wasn’t signed (it was) and that it was from out of state. Then tried to say my signature looked different from what they had on file....I’ve been doing mobile deposit for over a year and no one said anything about my signature until now. You’re also out of luck if you want to deposit money anywhere there isn’t a Jefferson Bank or Central Bank ATM. Hope the 74 dollars I have left in my account lasts these next two weeks. Can’t wait to close my account as soon as my hold is lifted! :)

I love Jefferson Bank! I had my car loan through them and they were great at making sure I got the best APR as my credit score improved. I needed a personal loan in a jiffy and all I had to do was call, tell talk through the details to get pre-approved, review the paperwork and sign. Jeremy is extremely fast and efficent! And once again they have insured I am getting the best APR on my personal loan! Do business with them. You will not be disappointed!

I've had a couple of decent tellers and friendly account management people but often at times a few of the ladies there act like it's a chore to help me or get in a very hostile stance with their body language, but other than that it's decent.

I have never had a bad experience with Jeff Bank...the staff are always friendly and very helpful and I like it that they like to joke and laugh...proves they are indeed human and there to help you and to get to know you....like family. That's what I consider them to be...part of my extended family. Thanks for being the best bank in town !!!!

I learned something new today. This bank will open an account for ANY MINOR without proof of a relationship as long as the adult has id. Then when asked to close it, they start quoting policy and privacy. Well, Karson Bullard certainly didn't care about that when she fraudulently opened it! So everyone grab a child and open an account; who cares if the child isn't yours? Do me a favor, TAKE MY MINOR DAUGHTER'S NAME OFF THE ACCOUNT THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN OPENED IN HER NAME!!!!

I have had my mortgage with them for over eight years and I have had a great experience with them. I even refinanced once when interest rates lowered and they made it extremely easy! Everyone that I have ever dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful!
