Some truly poor customer service in helping customers feel appreciated, heard, and that their time matters. Despite 4 calls, 2 emails, and an inquiry into their feedback portal online no one is willing to help with a rather minor customer service issue. Really, truly, disappointed.

I've been using Bell Bank for a few years. Though there aren't as many locations as other banks, I do appreciate the free checking accounts, the fact that they pay for the first four atm transaction fees for each month, and the customer service. All in all a swell bank.

Just fyi the Bloomington location has an ATM and the rest are loan production offices - doesn't have a teller. However, they were very nice to accomodate my needs at the time.
