0 stars if possible RUDE (and possibly RACIST) OLD LADY at the counter. Older white lady with black hair She was the only one available at the time at the counter. She started off (no hi or smile) with "what can i help you with?" And that was the most words she said to us. We said we were here to withdraw and close account. She THREW us the withdrawal paper. We handed her our ID. Instead of handing it back to us, she put it down in front of us. When she gave us our withdrawal money, she THREW our money in front of us. Now, this is a closing and it was a stack of money. Also, she didnt give us an envelope. She didn't ever say anything to us. Not even a word. We asked for an envelope. She THREW the envelope in front of us again. She threw two by accident. My boyfriend was going to take the first one on top but she took it. Instead of giving it to him, she put it away. So, he took the envelope on the counter. So extremely rude. Then, we were just standing there. She went to get her coffee mug and came back. Again, she didn't say a word to us. We had to ask if we are finished and if our account is closed or not. She says yes and that's it. She obviously didn't want to help us and doesn't want to speak a word to us. She gave us a horrible vibe. I can feel total rudeness coming off of her. Icredibly RUDE for no reason. She's either just a rude lady or she don't like Asian ppl.... this is located in Arlington so she could very well be a racist old white lady.

I went straight to CSB when I arrived in Cambridge from the UK to set up a student account. I was going to go to Bank of America but I checked out CSB first because of the good reviews and I'm so glad I did. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even made me a coffee while we set up the account. I left with an account open, a working debit card, and online banking ready to use. The nicest experience I've ever had in a bank!
