Recently, I had a bank issue that needed to be resolved. I went to the Maple Street branch of Avidia in Marlborough, MA. The manager was not in the office but a woman named Linda stepped up. Linda was positive, friendly and very professional. She listened to the problem and quickly determined who needed to be contacted. There was a sense of urgency/immediacy to my bank issue. She made a call and put me in touch with the proper people that responded appropriately. I want to thank Avidia employees - Joanne, Patricia, and especially, LINDA for their professionalism, customer service skills, attentiveness to resolving issues, and empathy. They are a very positive reflection of the great service that Avidia Bank offers to the community.

I work for a law firm in Framingham and we use Avidia. Not only is Avidia wonderful, but the Framingham branch is phenomenal! We love working with them. They are so friendly and helpful - anything you need, they will work with you to get what you need. Our company needed a place to take photos for our management team and Avidia welcomed us with open arms! Their Framingham branch is beautiful and the modern architecture is perfect for what we needed. They were so willing to help and so kind to us. They also have a conference room at each Avidia branch that you can reserve for meetings - it has come in handy for some of our trainings! We cannot speak highly enough about Avidia. They are wonderful and I know I will be greeted with a warm and friendly smile every time I visit. Thank you Framingham Avidia Team!

David Morticelli and his team at Avidia Bank are one of a kind. We were in need of a business LOC and he and his colleague came to our office, we discussed our needs, and within a week the LOC was finalized. We did not have any business accounts with Avidia at the time, and they treated us like long time customers. We didn't have to wait for our request to be presented to a board of directors, nor did we have to wait for a special loan committee to approve our loan. Dave does business with people and over time I have moved all of my personal banking to Avidia which has been an equally positive experience. I came to open an account and ended up opening 4 accounts and 2 for my children I love the programs they have to offer to keep them excited to save more money. I am extremely impressed with. Avidia bank The location is is easily accessible off the pike, route 30, or route 9. Unlike most banks or businesses the branch manager ( Jeremy Brandon ) is always accessible and quite often approaches customers to make sure they had a great experience ! Have you ever felt overlooked by your bank only to receive poor customer service by somebody who did not seem to care?
