Filled out online form in December to open a business account. They called and said id have to come in to the branch and bring all my forms to open it. So, I set up an appointment to go in with all the forms they told me to provide and it goes smoothly after an hour and is open. A month later I get a phone call saying they froze my account when I asked why they said they needed a copy of my social security card. Well come to find out the person who signed me up typed in the wrong info for my social and when I called to update it she now said we can't open any account without a copy of the card. This information was left out when they told me to bring all my forms the first time and they still opened my account, now the accounts are frozen and try telling them I'm not near a branch anymore and the only way they will give you your money back is to come in or to write a letter. I switched to navy federal and the process was more professional and easier
