I moved to Pennsylvania from Maryland 6 months ago and I work in Baltimore so I need to get what I need and go. I was going to the rutters near my house but they are terrible and dirty! Since I have to travel 83 I figured I would try this store out and boy am I glad I did! Staff friendly and fast! I’ve came in one all 3 shifts and get the same rock star service every time!! The manager there is very nice and always makes sure I get in and out quickly! They have my business cuz they understand the word convenience in convenience store!

Woman working the phone at 11.30 am on 02 May 2019 at Rutter's #2 in Shrewsbury hung up on me as I was politely asking to return a mobile top up credit. It was impolite and unprofessional, and the reaction to my call was completely unprovoked.
