They won't even verify if a check from their bank is valid. Very Sad customer service!

Had a pending charge from an unauthorized vendor - the customer service rep said I had to wait for it to go through before I could fight it. Interesting - can't stop someone from stealing my money, but we can fight it after the fact- probably for a charge! Maybe that's industry standard - I don't know - but this highlights why banks are such a waste these days with all the online options and investments available. Skip people's if you want someone on your side.

They give "small town bank" a bad name. Ancient systems and policies and a complete hassle to work with. I have put up with them for nearly 6 years but am giving up and switching as soon as I can.
