Pitiful. Inept people who can't handle a single change of insurance on a vehicle, and try to charge you $2,000 extra as a "punishment" I'll never use this place again. Edit to respond to Kemba's response. This was not about insurance on the vehicle being cancelled. This is about a change in insurance carrier's. The vehicle in question was always covered. If there was a concern, you have my cell, my wife's cell, and my work phone as well as E-Mail. The fact that you added a policy to an already insured vehicle, due to a mistake in the paperwork is the issue here. This issue will cost me around $2,000 to resolve. With all of the ways of communication available, this should NEVER have occurred. I have done business with Forcht Bank as well as Park Federal Credit Union and never had these types of issues.

Been with this credit union for about 3yrs.... Always a horrible exp with them! I applied for a builder credit loan and when I was done paying it off they had put it in for a personal loan and my credit went down instead of it going up! They told me there was nothing that could be done... I was so made I left out crying... I am trying to build my credit to buy a house and now I'm on another 6 month wait

Kemba always goes above and beyond to take care of me, even going as far as to call me within minutes when someone tried to make fraudulent charges on my debit card. Never had a problem with getting a loan or anything. The only possible complaint I could have is how hard it is to get someone on the phone sometimes, but I will gladly deal with a minor issue like that in exchange for the level of service they give.
