I brought my mom in to open an account due to moving to the area and they were very patient and helpful. She is hard of hearing and the staff were awesome in assisting her and explaining answers to all her questions.

May have been the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I sat and waited for over 15 minutes and then the ladies acted like they were going out of their way to help me. All I wanted to do was set up a new account and deposit my money. If they treated me that way as a person, I can only imagine how they would have handled my money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
