good job. two stars. customer service lack. i need a 1099 sent to a new address because i have moved out of state. was made to feel confident that That Will Happen, and then weeks later still no 1099-INT. and this account is hardly gaining any capital after all these years. good job. keep up the babylonian good times

Worked with commercial banking for years, it is definitely good ol' boy approval. They have their favorites, Scott Mauch is worthless. Never returned calls or emails. Branch service is excellent.
