Not real thrilled with my experiences here. I told the bank I had trouble managing my money and asked for help. They recommended I get the online app so I could keep track of my expenses/purchases. They also recommended I sign up for a bank card that would not allow the purchase of it would put me into overdraft. So I did both. It would take days for my transactions to appear on my account, so I was never really sure if things were accurate, AND I quite frequently threw my account into overdraft because they kept allowing purchases even if the money wasn't there! Now, today, I find out that they actually have an account that would absolutely prevent overdrafts! Why didn't someone offer that from the get-go? I think they just wanted to see how much money they could make of me, in overdraft charges. After all, I told them I needed help managing my money... I went to Walmart awhile back and got one of their debit cards. I haven't had a problem at all - no negative balances, and definitely no overdraft charges...
