Unlike the previous reviewer I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this bank! The people are all very friendly and have always provided over the top service. I've had them call me to tell me to let me know a check of mine was not properly endorsed or that my signature wasn't quite right and they just wanted to make sure. I write a lot of large checks, sometimes in the 6 figure so this is very much appreciated. I have all of my business banking with IIB and they have gone above and beyond in many areas to do a very professional job. I know many of them by name now and look forward to dealing with them. I mostly deal with Sandy, Lisa, and Rachel and they are wonderful people. I would encourage you to meet with them to discuss their banking needs and I'll bet you'll be more than pleasantly surprised.

The whole team is there to help! We make manual deposits quite often and they're friendly, competent, and given the ability to help. Jeri and Luz have gone above and beyond this week to make sure banking with First Interstate is easy and hassle-free and this is consistent with how we've always been treated by everyone at this branch. So normally I don’t bother writing reviews about companies, but what I experienced with your bank bothered me quite a bit. Yesterday I went in to make change due to having three customer back to back using large bills and your bank was the closest to me. To my surprise and frustration I was told that you only make change for those that have account with you. Now I understand trying to protect your bank from fraud and what not, but your business is to handle money and I can understand turning me down if I was trying to say cash a check or something that would put risk on you for having to process something. But the exchange of larger bills for smaller ones, heck I wasn’t even taking away from your employees ability to help those that do have an account as I was the only guest there and your employees where just standing around doing nothing. But hey the folks at first interstate bank were friendlier and more welcoming than your bank, I guess your bank only see customers for their money and nothing else
