Came in asking for an old style 100 dollar bill for my collection. She was very sweet and gave me one. What more can you ask. You definitely don't get this kind of service back in Minnesota.

Juliemay was a breath of fresh air. My employer recommended that I go to her with some financial difficulties I was struggling with and did not know what to do. In a matter of minutes she had a solution and was putting it into motion. I was thrilled and couldnt believe it. Professional and made me feel like we were old friends. Absolutely the best banking experience in Maui. The rest of the staff there has been wonderful as well. I would recommend anyone to this bank and especially the branch in Kahana. MAHALO!

Asked if they could do notary service and lady at the counter went to get the notary person, she asked who was asking for a notary, came out of her cubical to look and said "ummmmm just tell him go to the bank across the street" very unprofessional, I could hear them talking behind her cubicle and the lady who was at the counter was telling her "it's up to you if you wanna do it"

Your online hours say you're open on Sunday, so we drove down here, but it's closed. Please change your online information to reflect correct hours. I was excited you had opened on Sundays, but obviously it is incorrect. :-( Otherwise...good branch..lines are usually long though so give yourself time.

I'm not surprised this place has such a low rating. Poor customer service. I do whatever I can to use only the ATM outside of this location. I've been using this same branch of this bank for 4 years and they still ask me for my ID to deposit funds with a fully completed deposit slip and cash. If that's a policy or something its the most ridiculous one I've ever encountered.
