1) The place smells like mold inside 2) After calling and verifying to make sure they offered the service, I went in to exchange 15 euro and 45 English pound to US $, I was second in line the teller told me to take a seat because she had never done a transaction like this and her manager (who was with a customer, and by the conversation was a friend of the bank staff) would have to walk her through it, that's fine. I then wait 25 mins while customer after customer came in to the bank and got served. Meanwhile the District manager was there and never helped a single customer just sat at her desk, until that buddy customer came over and they went out to see his new porsche. Finally someone came over to "help" me and the bank manager (not the district manager) comes over to inform the employee and myself that there is a $10 fee (and since I had 2 currencies= 2 fees), and that they only deal with transactions of a $200 minimum = me walking out very mad). I'm mad at suntrust's website for having none of this info (trust me I searched) and I'm mad that my position in line was just overlooked; they did get busy after I showed up but other customers who had some issues got helped before me, 25 minutes worth of customers, and the district manager who's purpose is unclear to me besides sucking up to wealthy customers (from there conversation I learned he buys and sells cars, has a second house in Florida....)
