This bank customer services sucks the new employees have such a bad attitude. One day I went and told her clearly what I needed and she got frusted and rolled her eyes and said a loud and rude voice, "What is it that you need?" I just drove off.

This bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had heard they were bad through a lot of other people but just experienced it for myself last week. I was trying to take care of my elderly aunts banking transactions and they would not let me do anything associated with her account, Even though I have a legal Power Of Attorney letter that she had signed over to me. I had given them a copy two weeks prior to doing so and was treated like I was committing a crime and was told (by the branch manager) that even though I had such a document, " she would not ALLOW me to make any transactions with my aunts account" and " she was done and through discussing it". On her own "feelings". If you are looking for a bank, I would recommend your mattress over this one!
