I tried calling the number given on web site for about 20 minutes, but I never got a response, so I called another location listed in Savannah. I explained the person who answered (in the Savannah office) that I did not get a response from the Pooler office, but the person in Savannah dismissed my call on the grounds that it was OK not to answer the phone, because the people at the Pooler office were "too busy". Very disappointing !

Very hard to get in and out of this bank at this location. The only thing good about this Bank Bank of America that is, is the many locations of branches. But the fees are exorbitant, customer service is a torrent, and the chips on their ATM cards go bad almost instantly.
