Removing Dross

We use this 5/3 location for our business banking needs. The associate who helped us set up our account was very knowledgeable. We visit the branch weekly to conduct face-to-face transactions; the tellers are always very friendly and helpful. It’s really nice getting greeted when we walk in the door.

I paid of a 5th 3rd credit card that was ours. It was set up on auto bill. I noticed that $ 200. Dollars was taken out still for credit card. I called 5th 3rd to straighten it out. I was on hold for 1 hour 2i minutes and 38 seconds. This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. For their customer service. If you use this bank I would not use automatic bill payments.
