After paying off a bike over a year ago, a request for a lien release has been nothing but a hassle. I AM third party AUTHORIZED on the account since I paid the bike off for the previous owner, yet they still want me to track down the previous owner just to get this paper. Apparently, after reading the reviews, I am not the only one who thinks Eaglemark Savings Bank is NOT about customer service.

Nice people but very poor customer service. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! The Branch manager said he'd call me "tomorrow" with answers about my account and no call. I bought Micron stock in 2007 for $6.00'ish and Scottrade decides to cash me out. Scottrade sent my money to the state of Idaho and I eventually got the money but no Micron stock, obviously. Now Micron is trading at $40.00'ish. Scottrade claimed they tried to get a hold of me......but I have the same address and phone number.......something doesn't smell right. I'm a small investor, and I'd recommend running from this place. Wish I could give a no star review.

Worst bank ever was a homeless vet the bike was my only mode of transportation once i got a job I was catching up the late payments they swore they wouldn't take the bike. And they took it paid them 800$ less than a week ago it was the money i had didn't eat for this whole week so I could keep working and they took it any way after they swore to me they wouldn't. These are the most UNAMARICAN dirt bags I have ever had to deal with in my life so now I'm going to lose my job which means back to the steeets for me and it's October! In Indiana. Think I'll survive the cold this year. Thank you eagle mark your amazing.

I'm sorry about you guys/gals with the title delays, that seriously sucks. I've financed and paid off two bikes and received my title within a month each time, reasonable IMO. Website is a little slow to update but always got it right within a couple days. Simple interest loans, easy to figure out. As far as you folks with bad credit bellyaching about interest rates, why the hell are you buying a Harley instead of paying off your bad marks and getting your credit right? I don't want to hear the "needed transportation" BS because you can buy a dependable used car for less than a Harley and you can drive a car when it snows. They loan me money at very reasonable rates. No complaints here.

Well I had a restriction placed on my account for some minor address issue , though I have had the same address for years. I wanted to make a trade. I called and the rep and "I took care of it". So he said. I made a trade it appeared to go through yet then he then distracted me trying to sell me on their retirement plans. The trade apparently did not go through although I could swear it did. They should spend time trying to provide service rather than sell them on a new product. Of courser the trade I wanted went through the ceiling in the next day as I predicted. I called to find out why my trade did not go through and of course got the usual BS.

Outs great to get a new 2017 bike financed but if you pay every month on due date could end up paying an extra $20,000 in interest they suggest payment every 15 days which is bs

Rude employees with no idea how to talk to people, I called got payoff info and title release info to fax to give to my local bank, had to call right back with the fax number second lady was rude and payoff was 7 dollars higher in 5 minutes. When i get this paid off I'll never finance through them again.

Just recent purchased a Harley from my father and still waiting for a clear title, since Eaglemark is still on the title as a secured second party listed, it sure would be nice if we could go for a ride but I can't even get it insured or get it our name and can't get any answers on when we will recieved a clear title even though the bike has been paid off for 5 years. How many calls do we have to make? It would appear that since were not getting a loan they couldn't care less about us. Shame on you Eaglemark savings bank we will never do business with you!!!

Had an interesting experience at the TD Ameritrade office at 733 Bishop Street in Honolulu. Looked it up on the corporate site and saw it was open until 5:00PM so I figured I'd stop in to ask a couple of questions. Wanted to move US$500,000 to the local TD Ameritrade office from another firm on the mainland. I'm an active trader and I also buy Treasuries at auction, needed to be sure about the fees and commissions involved and to get familiar with their trading platforms. Also wanted to scope out the local customer service, sure glad I did. Got to the office after the markets had closed, 2:00PM local time. Walked in and the first words out of the mouth of the Big Kahuna behind the reception desk was: "We don't take walk-ins". That's a real aloha attitude. Smiled and told the guy I wanted to open an account with half a million bucks and that I had a few questions. His response: "People with questions should look on the web site". Told him I wanted to be certain about the fees and commissions on Treasuries. He stood up, leaned over the desk and said: "We're a market maker and we take a mark up". Still smiling I looked around and saw there were people in the offices with their feet up playing with their smart phones. No one else in the office but a security guard sitting on a sofa. Asked if I could talk to one of them and the Kahuna sighed and said: "Need appointment". That wiped the smile off my face but OK I'll make an appointment. He took my contact info and I asked him when the appointed would be. His response: "Someone will call you." More than a little confused I said I'd like an appointment at a set day and time. His response: "They'll call you to talk about it." I told Kahuna thanks and left. No doubt in a couple of days someone from a call center somewhere will call me and ask all the same questions. Interesting way to introduce prospects to the benefits of doing business with a brokerage firm. Have to wonder why TD Ameritrade rents 1000 square feet on the 20th floor of a grade A office in downtown Honolulu. Have to wonder what the folks the 6-8 offices do to justify their existence. Don't think I'll be moving my account to TD Ameritrade. If that's the way they treat you when you're trying to give them money, God knows how they'll act if you want some of it back.

Tried to make deposit for my IRA and daughters IRA (during tax season!) I was told we should have made an appt. Employee said things are different now that it's now TD and not Scottrade so walk-ins are technically welcome but not actually because they're always on conference calls. We let them know we drove 45 mins across town for this. Told us to write the check and then sat down at the back of the store. Didn't give any explanation, deposit slip, or answer our questions. We will be moving cash to another firm.

High Interest even though your credit score above 700. I paid 15.99 % 3 years like a dummy. Refinanced with a local Credit Union at 4.99 % Eagle mark bank out of Nevada gave me payoff number and my Credit Union paid that amount. Eagle mark then said I still owe $112.00 ! They were shown to be inaccurate. Do not deal with these idiots.ever is my suggestion. ..

BEWARE !!!! I HAD A BUYER FOR MY HARLEY BUT WHEN I TOLD HIM IT WAS FINANCED THROUGH EAGLEMARK BANK HE SAID NO DEAL BECAUSE IT TAKES THREE WEEKS MINIMUM TO RECEIVE THE TITLE. HE SAID HE HAD DEALT WITH EAGLEMARK BEFORE AND WOULDN'T AGAIN. HE LIKE MOST BUYERS WANTED THE TITLE WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WHICH IS A NORMAL TIME FRAME WITH MOST FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. ALSO FOUND IT FRUSTRATING THAT EVERY EMPLOYEE WE SPOKE TO TELLS YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT ABOUT GETTING YOUR TITLE ONCE LEIN IS PAID IN FULL. WE EVEN OFFERED TO PAY OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FEE TO GET TITLE QUICKLY BUT THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH US AT ALL. EVEN THOUGH THE PAYOFF WAS DEDUCTED FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT. NO. WAITING ON CHECK TO CLEAR. MY ADVICE IS GET YOUR OWN FINANCING. HARLEY DAVIDSON HAS GREAT MOTORCYCLES BUT FINANCIAL SERVICES REALLY SUCK!!!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE DONE A LITTLE RESEARCH AND SEEN ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS .

I went there to open up a bank account, the guy at the front desk looks at me & says basically to go online & give me a card... if I wanted to open up an account online I would have, I’m a more in store type of person because I’m sure I would have questions, felt like he didn’t want to help at all, & if that’s the case he needs another occupation where he doesn’t have to deal with people. I was a little upset about that.

Although they are Harley's bank, I'm guessing that no-one there rides.Paid off a bike August 8th, check cleared on the 16th. Still waiting for the title so I can get plates.All they have to do is drop it in the mail. It's now August31st.Other people warned me It would take forever...... Sigh.....

The only positive is i got the financing for my new bike. They care nothing about customer or brand loyalty. Just spent the last 4+ years diligently making payments just to find out that without another cosigner my interest rate almost doubled when I traded my bike that was almost paid off for a bigger bike. Hopefully in six months i'll be able to refinance with a local bank and get away from them.
