Great bank. Very personal experience. Ask them anything and you will get an answer that is easy to understand and useful. A credit union is a very different experience than a bank. You are PART of the credit union!

I came to this branch while I was in Milford and will never come again. The one in Dover never gives me a hard time about cashing my checks but this one had " different policies". I was glad to take my business to the Dover location.

This review is for the DFCU Milford branch. They can improve customer service. The manager was polite and worked with my situation but there are a couple employees that don't care what happens to the customer when there is a dispute. Maybe they will improve in the future with all the complaints other people including myself had with that branch. I still preferring to conduct business at the Dover branch.

Dover Federal has not been treating their members well these past 4 or 5 years. They have had to spend a fortune correcting their mistakes that put members personal information at risk. Their website "upgrade" was a disaster and kept members from accessing their accounts for weeks. Their customer service is terrible as well. And here is something to consider if you want to open a savings account .... Dover Federal's interest rates are dismal compared to others. Please do yourself a favor and shop around. I've been a DFCU member since 1979 and I see how bad they've gotten here lately. I moved most of my savings to another bank and I'm getting 10 times the interest rate offered by DFCU. They just don't put their members first anymore.
