Do not apply for any of their credit cards. They are notorious for lying to their customers and if you file a complaint with the BBB or any other entity, they reply just to save face. One of their specialists left a vm message that they had reached a resolution; it was a lie. I will continue to share my experience onward with all of our friends and family so they are not subjected to the negligence and “miscommunication” that I have personally experienced.

This is a corporate building folks.. there are no JPMchase branches or atms in the state of delaware.. please research your bank.. again NO PUBLIC ATM AND NO BRANCHES IN DELAWARE

I had a problem with my Chase credit card so I called the 1-800 number on the back. (Not sure if this was the actual office I called). I was on hold forever, given the run around, transferred from one person to another, and everyone was little or no help.

❌❌❌ 5/23/18 YOU GREEDY S.O.B they charge $8 to cash one of their own checks if you don’t have a account with them. That definitely won’t entice me to get a account with them, yea right. I wouldn’t recommend

I came here because there are no Chase bank branches in this area and I needed to have something faxed. I was treated like an “untouchable” and the only person who would even speak to me was the security guard. I asked to speak to the Administrator and she stated that she would not speak to me or give me her name. I am insulted that a bank would treat me so horribly when all I am trying to do is follow their customer service’s directions in order to fax the proper paperwork! Obviously they don’t care about their customers because no one except the security guard would even show their face. I have to say, he was nice to me even though I took my hurt feelings out on him, so thank you for that small kindness.
