This is the worst company I have encountered in all my years in the workforce. They do not have any compassion or mercy. You better not have car trouble, you will get written up and they will not attempt to come to your aid. Management sucks........I usually do not say negative things about any job, but this one was horrible. Do not recommend to anybody.

Worked here for 8 years now and I enjoy my job. This place is not for the weak hearted souls for sure and management can be terrible at times. Overall I love my job, it's simple and extremely easy. Once you learn to stay in your own lane and mind your own work business it's a lovely place to work and that's coming from majority of my co-workers. The pay in the past was okay but now since they raised the mim. wage to $15 I don't think anyone can complain. My first job and I pray it to be my last job.

They got an Hold on my account from the bank of new york in Queens new york but i thought the bank of new york merged with Case bank but as i see and scan citi bank has my accounts logiclists on the bottom of they computer screen

It took a lot of nerves to do this,but here goes..This job I once like until how I was treated and talked to by Berverly Marshall my manager in retail.Ive Witness for years her talking negative and ugly to other coworkers and I never said anything or spoke up..All I ask was to go to my child graduation and there started a problem.It lead to Beverly telling us in a meeting “I don’t know why y’all want to go to your little kids graduation(kindergarten) and they don’t know why you there and just you just came for a visit”..This came from a lady that doesn’t have children or know what if feels like to want to celebrate your kids..Then to put gas on the fire she turns around and says “And it ain’t going to do know good to call the 800 number”..This is sad that you have upper management saying these type of things to employees...Everyone is scared of retaliation if they speak up..I hated to do this but I had no other way of getting this off my chest but by using a fake name because I don’t wont any problem with Valerie Mullins or Beverly Marshall.Upper management allows it and contributes a lot of bad behavior with their employees..Working under Beverly is horrible most days..She’s not a morning person so if you have a issue it’s best not to talk to her until noon otherwise she not going to be nice to you at all..No need to run to Valeria Mullins she’s just as bad..This jobs does not treat or care about their employees! Bad behavior from Upper management is what all of us at BNY Mellon Richardson is all they offer us..The two regular mangers that I actually like and they cared about us is Kay and she left after 2or 3 months because of Beverly Marshall and Valerie Mullins..Then Amy I swear I watched them do her so wrong on a daily basis..She cried all the time due to Valeria and Beverly..If you Kids come first this isn’t the place for anyone because it not for me anymore!
