Terrible customer service, came to this branch to do a cash advance, the teller immediately turns me away because my work card didn't have my name on it, didn't even try to offer me an option of opening an account with citi just said no and nothing more, went across the street to another bank, not only were they customer friendly in helping with the cash advance, they took my card with no issues and suggested an account I could open with them, Citi bank needs to do a customer friendly and sales refresher course with their employees, I would not recommend this branch

11/10/18 arrived to bank at 1:30pm waited patiently knowing they close at 2 pm teller 1 attended 1 customer then closed her window at 1:40 I waited 10 more minutes 1:50pm now for teller 2 who did a small reference to help me then told me she couldn’t cash my check that was made from Citi Bank. I was removed with threats of calling the police because I wanted a proper investigation as to why I was being declined of getting my check cash. My cell phone bill was due and I had no cash for the holiday weekend. I returned Tuesday 11/13/18 to 1st teller who cashed the check without hassle. Moral to this story is poor customer service also been treated like trash to have bills paid late with suspension fees for being late thanks Citi Bank and I’ll be filing a grievance on the black guy who forced me out and threatened me. It’s not over. Don’t ever disrespect your customers

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I just opened an account with them and they way I was bypassed for existent customers was absolutely unacceptable. I am immediately closing this account!!!! You’ll be waiting in line for 20 mnts to get to a teller, worse bank ever.

I spent an hour on the phone getting ahold of someone to find out if I could cash a check that is drawn off their account. I was told yes, so my wife and I drove the 57 miles to the bank. Apond arrival we were told a complete different version. The staff is VERY rude. While waiting for a manager, another employee asked us if we would like to sit. We declined, as we've been sitting for the past hour, he responded that we are being a distraction. Really! I was told I would have no problem and drove the hour + trip for nothing with no solution. The manager Celina was less then helpful and said there was nothing she could do. Unexceptable!!
