I applied for there credit card on line after seeing they have a location within 15 minutes of where I live. They advertise a nice credit card on line so I applied. My credit is in the 800's and didn't see any reason that it would not be accepted. They sent me a letter stating "Residence is outside of trade area". They show they have services in Sebring, Florida which is 15 mins from my house. It's a credit card! I'm applying for a credit card not opening up a bank account. I don't have to be in the same town as a bank to get a credit card. It appears they advertise a great 0% APR for an intro rate, but they really don't approve anyone. Very misleading advertising! Why waist peoples time and advertise nationally if they just tell you they have no services in Florida! If they have no services in Florida, why do they advertise nationally? They should put on there application what states they service and don't bother applying if you don't live in one of those states. Such a waste of time. BTW, when I called and talked with them, they did say they offer ATM services in a couples of places in Florida. So why can't they approve a credit card with someone that has over 800 credit score. poor service
