The teller thru the commercial lane was very rude and was not willing to hear my banking needs ..needless to say I had to drive to the branch on University to get my banking needs met..I will not be be coming back to that branch due to the rudeness and the lack hospitality and time wasted.

Came in and was not greeted. One young lady spoke to complement me on my glasses,but she was leaving. I stood there a few mins. Still nothing said to me. One lady was helping a customer. The man kept doing what he was doing. Never said two words. Stood a little longer and left. Neither person tried to stop me to ask a question. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH.

We are a corporate user and had to wait so long we had to leave our so we could open our store. There were at least 2 people working and they were both helping the inside customers and not the drive thru.

I have not quite put my finger on why, but this is the slowest US Bank branch. Every single time I visit. I try to use it because it is the closest location to my house, but no matter what, there is always a delay...even if I am the only person in line. For this reason, I prefer the Chenal branch. I hope it gets better.

Today Today, via telephone, banker "DJ" went above and beyond to obtain information that I needed. He was polite, cheerful and professional on the initial call and when he returned my call with the information. Thanks DJ, great customer service!

Very bad customer service. I was put on hold for about 20 minutes and not even attempt to let your customer know at least what’s going on. I hope you don’t give this kind of courtesy to all your bank customers. Maybe it’s time to send your personnel to about seminar on how to handle phone calls.
