You will be able to see all the reviews of real people who consumed the services of Chase Bank (Bank) in the area close to Arizona.
Currently this firm gets a score of 2.6 stars out of 5 and this score has been calculated on 30 reviews.
As you can see the average score it has is average, neither too high nor too low, and it is founded on a high number of opinions, so we can think that the rating is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are pleased with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to put tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Bank corresponds to the category of Bank.
I don't think I will go the same location again since the teller is not friendly.
It always smells like poop inside of the bank, it's gross! It's clean just smells bad!
I have to make deposits every week to this bank because my employer banks here. It always takes FOREVER. There are never any employees around. There is one person in the lobby who directs you to the ATMs. They don't believe in personal banking. So if you don't have a debit card or you just want a person, you have to go down a hallway to the back. There is one person back there and they also run the drive thru, so there is often a line to wait. I finally started going through the drive thru (which is for business customers only) because I'd rather listen to music in my car while I wait. I bring the deposit in an envelope that can easily be opened and resealed. When I was going inside, I would open the envelope myself. So in the drive thru I wrote "please return envelope". The teller sliced the envelope open and then returned it. I asked her to please not cut the envelope next time as I reuse it every week. She snapped back at me that I shouldn't close it if I didn't want her to cut it open. I showed her through the window how easy it was to open and she just rolled her eyes and told me to buy another envelope. It is not up to me where my employer banks, but the lack of attention/respect for the customer at this bank (and this particular branch) ensures that I will never bank there.
The worst back ever
Lack of attention/respect for the customer at this bank (and this particular branch) I will never bank there. I went there today around 2:30 pm.
Very very very very very very terrible and ride.. wouldn't even rate 1 star
This branch doesn’t have tellers which seems pretty cheap for a large, national bank. I can’t do any business banking here and it’s the closest branch to me, which seems pretty silly.
Had a very positive experience. The staff was super friendly and very nice. Didn't had to wait for long, just 1-2 minutes.
I want to start this off by saying, as a Chase customer i'm very pleased with the banking itself. I went into Chase today for the first time since I opened my account and Stephanie C. "helped" me if what I am about to tell you is considered help. We stood there for a while until she even made an attempt to ask us if we needed anything. If she was busy that's one thing but it appears as though she was just sitting around. I wanted to open a joint account with my significant other but instead of attempting to help me open an account with him she did the complete opposite. I gave her my Drivers License and my Chase Liquid Card. She wouldn't take my card as a form of ID because my name wasn't on it due to it being a temporary card but my account number had previously pulled up when she had searched it. So she told me I couldn't use this card anymore because it was a temporary and I had never received the permanent which again wasn't what I went into the branch for. I simply wanted to open an account. So understandable I guess that was an attempt at trying to help. She handed me a new temporary card and I complied. I left this branch and wanted to go to the grocery store and what happened? My new temporary card wouldn't work because she left my other card active and never did anything with my new card. So why did you take my perfectly good working card to not do your job correctly? I was screwed in every which direction when I never went in for this reason. I left Chase without a joint account and now have no access to my active debit card that this girl has on her desk. I'm sorry Chase but this girl sucks and you should reevaluate her. She's got a piss poor attitude and a lack of energy to want to help your customers. Speaking from experience as someone who works in HR I would surely do something about her behavior and lack of customer service skills because I left today feeling defeated and frustrated and on top of it all i'm moneyless until Chase reopens.
If this isn't an actual bank, then CHANGE THE NAME. The service used to suck, but now it is an ADVISEMENT CENTER and they CAN'T DO ANYTHING. Worthless!
This has been the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a bank. Friendliness, efficiency and going the extra mile is the reason why I wouldn't mind the extra drive to visit this branch again.
IIf you want good service bank ...do not hesitate to switch to Chase bank...They are the best at Chandler
Don't bank there
If we don't have account with you , it is a hustle and hardship to try to operate any type of transaction and representatives are not helpful in assisting with outside accounts, either because of bank policy or subject. I'm not considering in any way to open an account or try any matter with this bank any time soon.
if you ever want help from Chase..go to any chase bank except to this one!! they are all ignorant (regarding their own rules and steps for fees) and will try the best to just get rid of the costumer. Also they will make you wait FOREVER, so at the end you dont even receive the help or costumer service you were waiting for. They are mean and judgmental towards their own costumers.. oh! and beware!! if they get tired of helping you personally dont be surprised if they just tell you to call the number that is on the back side of your card; so that minutes later they register you as a bad costumer and make you wait minutes... all the people in that bank are just wasting their times and our time, and will rarely do the fair/right thing
Drive thru is the way to go
Uhh....so i hate to be rude, and i always try to fairly review places on Google Maps. With that being said, YOU CANNOT CASH A F****** CHECK AT THIS BANK! You can deposit a check if you have an account, but you cannot cash one. How can you call yourself a bank if you don't cash checks? The lady said "we got all of our tills taken out so we can't cash checks." I don't like to sound erratic on here but that blew my mind. One star.
I was here yesterday and Luke and Griselda were so helpful, patient, kind and understanding. Excellent service. Thank you both so much for your help.
I concur with the last 1 star- by far the worst branch over. The Manager is lacking in communication, wanting to assist and just basic over all customer service. The 2nd time I HAD to talk to her and was just as unpleasant as the first time. Went to Germaine branch and what an amazing difference- had the same problem there but they just know how to deal with their financial clients. Avoid - Avoid - Avoid if possible.
The atmosphere of the workers and so kind and willing to help..My favorite branch
They got rid of the drive throughs !? It was so continent. Don't come to this bank!
Convenient location off Arizona avenue and 202 freeway in the Wal-Mart shopping center
Chase manager and assistant manager helped me with a difficult situation I was in. I am grateful for their patience and understanding. They managed to fix a problem that I had for almost 1 yr. with a chase account.
Dustin was very helpful, answered all questions, also had me in and out as fast as possible. Was very friendly to my 5 year old son whom is very energetic. Highly recommended.
Based on comments about this branch, I felt the need to leave a review. For all of you complaining about this new way of banking, I’m sure you missed the big sign outside the branch stating exactly what can be done at this location but most people are to dumb to read. This location is an ADVISE CENTER as the wonderful ladies explained to me. So if you’re old school and prefer a teller line because you’re close minded and hate change then DO NOT come to this location. This is a digital branch and this is the way technology and the world is headed too. GET USED TO IT.
Typically not too much of a wait. They usually have two lines running inside, the business and the regular customer line. The tellers go through a good program obviously and know what they’re doing every time I come in. There is also the self service machines that I’ve never seen a line at. Also a walk up ATM on the north side of the building.
Customer service was extremely helpful in cashing a check! Loved the quality of the decorum and the employees attitudes.
This is by far the worst branch I've been to. I live close to this branch but i will drive ANY distance necessary to avoid it. They are always understaffed. This morning I waited 26 minutes to deposit checks in the drive through and I'm not sure it would be faster to go in.
This is a horrible Chase!!! I wanted to transfer my account to a new one because I wanted to stop a company that was not suppose to withdraw from my account in the first place from doing it again. Justin Strohacker (the “manager”), refused to close my account and open a new one. He said he don’t see anything wrong with my account and his time is valuable. He literally was going head to head with my mother whom is also on the account. I just told him to close my account and he gladly did. I feel discriminated against and will be filing a complaint!
My name is Raphael Downes, I just moved to Chandler to take a job, this was my first experience with Chase Bank here. I walked in and immediately felt very unwelcome and profiled. The banker Claudia gave me a halfhearted greeting from her desk, after she watched me stand in the front room for a few minutes looking lost. She was extremely pretentious and made it painfully clear that helping me was a major inconvenience. Once she told me she could not help me with my concern she stared at me in silence, as if I was supposed to take my cue to leave. I politely excused myself and will never return to that branch, and will most likely be looking into opening an account with Wells Fargo, where they smile and treat people like... Well people!
One guy seems to work here and was helpful but can't setup a account, computers broke only see maybe one banker. No manager to talk to. Trying very hard to be a apple store but way worse maybe a Cox store which sometimes are the worse. Why even have a branch here if you can barely do anything. And I do understand computers problems but we made a appointment and could have at least been warned might be taking a big account elsewhere after this.
LOVE THIS BANK !! Customer Service is Amazing !!!
Es un banco muy bueno
No coin sorter, teller had to sort change by hand. Not friendly. No drive-up window anymore but no sign saying as much until you pull into the lanes...but no way to turn around and get out without going back into traffic. Usually only 2 lines open no matter how long the line is.
Hate that the discriminate against people with kids. Because I couldn't get out of the car and come in side I had to wait 9 min for them to deposit my money???
This Bank has a great location and friendly tellers that are always happy to see you.
No notary at this branch
Customer service was amazing, but I must have heard the same song 20 times while I was in there. Time to get a new CD!
Usually very quick service and friendly professional staff
Friendly staff and new, high tech ATMs. Lines can be a little slow at times
Victor Chacon is the best banker that chase has, not to mention extremely hot and down to earth. He helped me with my problem that no other bankers could help me with. I totally recommend you go see Victor at this location.
Horrible customer service !! Waited for half hour at the lobby waiting for someone to approach us but nothing..the girl that was standing around would just stare at us never asked what we needed.
Dear Chase location managers, I deposit checks into a friends account from time to time. I usually stop by the closest Chase bank depending where I’m working at for that day. So that being said, I’ve been to many different locations and this location has been the best by far. Luke was the teller who assisted me and didn’t give me the run around and argue with me like so many have in the past. I provided the account number and he deposited the check. Simple as that. In the past, they would demand that I fill out all the information on their masterly cryptic deposit slip before they would assist me. Heaven forbid I fill out the information on the wrong line. This branch layout is confusing to me with the teller windows way in the back around the corner. But, I’ve seen other locations that don’t have any teller windows and that baffles me. Please hire more tellers like Luke or promote him so he can teach others his art of customer assistance. Sincerely, Generally annoyed Chase check depositor
This is the worst Chase location I have every been to. Rina Herrera was the manager and she was so incredibly rude. I came in for help and she was incompetent. Sierra, the teller, was even worse. I've banked here for years and I think I will close my account.
Great Bank
I took my brother into this branch to open a new account. Dustin helped us out. He was very informative, explained the process to my brother step by step. Made sure my brother understood everything. Go see Dustin!! He was Awesome :)
They got rid of the tellers. Now everything is super slow and feels very unpersonable with no value for hospitality. I enjoyed coming and chatting with my banker while doing my transactions. I would rather just use the atm that's outside now. I understand it saves money for the company.. But this really makes me not enjoy coming here.
I've been going to this bank for years but one day I waited in the drive through for about 5 minutes after receiving no help I decided to walked in only to see that only 2 people were inside the bank. I asked what was up and they told me it's now a "all electronic bank" meaning no people to help besides the ATM machine. Was not a fan!
They literally deposited my check into someone else account and took hours to get my money back into my account. Worst bank and experience ever.. don’t come to this branch.
