NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I receive many checks from this bank so I opened an account hoping not to have as many problems as I've had pre no bank account. I was sadly mistaken, I've had account almost 8 months and every single time I come in I have problem after problem. Customer service is horrible and they flat out just don't care about their customers. Stay away unless you are ready for them to ruin your day. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

This is an excellent bank! Especially for businesses. Great service at the bank and over the phone. There is never a wait to make a deposit. They are on top of any unusual activity in our many business accounts and notify us of any issues. I would highly recommend Alliance Bank.

Horrible experience with ClearBalance. I decided to split up my monthly hospital payments over a period of a year and pay with my HSA. Bad idea -- even though I paid every month, I started getting late fees because my payments didn't match up perfectly with the bill due date. I called Customer Support to let them know about the issue, and they offered to change the payment due date so I would no longer get the late fees -- except that only made the problem worse! Long story short: I'm not paying my late fees and Western Alliance can bite me. Never doing business with them again.

Do not be involved with this Bank, then again if you are Canadian it won't matter because they changed their policies and DON'T make loans to them. This is after I have paid $40,000 + in interest the past 7 years on a $97,300 Primeline loan, never missing a payment. What great neighbours, I mean it isn't like Canadians contribute anything to the economy in Arizona!!! How pathetic!
