Truly an excellent bank, with excellent employees! I've used a variety of their services/products/accounts, and been very pleased with every single aspect so far. Employees are all helpful and knowledgeable, they strive to deliver, and best of all: the attention to detail is there. Without a doubt one of the best banks in the nation, and the best one in the Gulf states. Five stars for Hancock Bank.

Set up an account based upon an offer. Have not been impressed with any part of my experience. From online support to customer service. It has all been bush league. Hard to believe a bank could be worse than BOA but Hancock has done it!! Their Website is horrible as well.

When u have to wait in line to get service more than 20 mins while the bank manager plays like she is doing something on her computer it's pretty sad. The bank tellers was doing the best they could do on a Friday afternoon between going to the window and waiting on the lobby. I can understand cutting staff when u don't need them but on a Friday ? I would have to say poor mangerment. this has happen more than once at this branch. Get off ur lazy butt and help these ppl ....women sitting at ur desk.... Especially when u see a lot of ppl in line.

Michelle is always so helpful. This is the only bank I have found that didn't have extra fees.

Worst bank ever!!!! Tellers are extremely rude. The customer service reps aren't trained properly. This bank is a train wreck. Take your business elsewhere if you can.
