The Financial Manager, Bridget Rushing at the Niceville, Blue Water Bay branch was RUDE AND CONDESCENDING to me and DID NOT accommodate me what so ever!!! It is her job to help me and she FAILED! I tried to hand her my payment and check and she REFUSED TO TAKE IT AND TOLD ME TO GO BACK OUTSIDE and find the night depository. The only line in the drive-through was totally backed up, as it also was inside. I was on a quick break from work to make this payment ... I simply wanted to do just that! As a manger she could have taken the payment from me and gone to the teller line and returned with a dated receipt and thank me. She never attempted to do the right thing.
When I returned to work, shortly thereafter, I called to make sure I would receive credit that day, for my payment. She actually answered the phone and stated that she was the one, I spoke to in the bank and that I would not receive credit until the following Monday as the depository was only checked in the morning Monday through Friday. She never told me that! I stated to her 4 times, in the bank, that I had a payment due that day.
This financial manager fail me, herself and Bank of America as a representative of this financial institution. My husband and I have had accounts with BOA for over 25+ years. I have been a business owner and self-employed in the workforce myself for over 50+ years. “Great CUSTOMER SERVICE” has always been top on my list, however I see very clearly that this is NOT AND NEVER WILL BE WITH BOA manager Bridget! How sad it is, that I even need to write this review. Supervisors and Human Resource officers of BOA need to take notice and provide better training to their employees. Showing respect and helping “the customer” should be #1 on their list!
