We traveled from Maryland to Wyoming for our July 2018 wedding. I found Jackson Cake Co via the web and was immediately impressed with Monica Beehler. She was a delight to work with via email. Her pricing was reasonable too and I sent her 1 image via Pinterest for inspiration. She quickly came back with great ideas to improvise and make a cake that would reflect our taste preferences. As we made the 1200 mile journey for our wedding week, Monica made it easy and asked for our reception restaurant contact person so she could coordinate direct for delivery as well as our floral contact so she could obtain some greenery for the cake decoration. Wedding day arrived and we trusted the cake would be waiting for us when we arrived for dinner after our ceremony. It was gorgeous! Our photographer snuck into the kitchen and came back to our table just in awe. She said to me "I hope to God that is your wedding cake back there because it looks incredible!" She showed me the image she captured of the cake and it was IDENTICAL to the Pinterest inspiration picture I shared with her months earlier. Identical! She made us a naked cake made with donut dough and mini donuts decorated the outer rims. I couldn't have been more impressed! She was so professional and enthusiastic every single time we spoke and I was just sad we never got a chance to meet in person. Thank you is not enough, please, if you're considering Jackson Cake Co, look no further! Monica is truly THE BEST!!

Jackson Cake Company prepared all the desserts for our wedding at Trail Creek Ranch in Wilson, WY and maaaaan were they great! Everything was delicious and we cannot recommend them enough. Monica is a true baking talent and her thoughtfulness in each item's decoration and presentation were fantastic. Her honey bee and rainbow trout cookie designs were incredible! She exceeded our expectations in every way. Last but certainly not least, Monica was a joy to work with and is about as nice as they come! Your wedding will be in great hands with her!
