When I used to live in Boise this was my Albertsons. It's a nice one. They're busy during lunch and right after work.

Everyone is friendly and there is a wonderful selection. Their prices are higher than what I pay elsewhere so I don't stop by often. They used to have a discount program which they discontinued. I heard they have another one and you put your phone number in at the checkout stand, but I'm not really sure how it works. It would help if they would send out mailers to the neighbors explaining it or give us a handout that explains how to save money there.

This was a stop for me when you needed the quick gallon of milk or some fresh bread for dinner but recently removed their self check out and added more human operated lanes. Now that they have 27 lanes they are only manned by 2 people making check out a pain in the āšş. I get the reason for the more personable change but don't enjoy waiting in line when I need a quick convient item or two.

Went in to buy a couple of items on their weekly sale. Downloaded the app to use a “digital only” offer on hamburger. Checker (Sean) was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. He snatched my phone out of my hand and proceeded to tell me I had used the app wrong (I hadn’t but he wouldn’t even let me talk and talked over me). He told me he had already entered my phone number so he wouldn’t let me use the coupon today but would give me $4 off because he was so “nice that way”. I will go to Wal Mart. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

After many trips to this Albertsons tonights will be my last. I go to the deli department to get some deli meat while waiting with no one working finally someone comes out and helps someone that walked up after me. She then comes over to me to cut my deli meat and she Isnt wearing a hair net and her hair is barely pulled back in loose pigtails with her bangs all hanging down in her face leaning over my deli meat as she cuts it. Then I have a coupon on their app for buy one get one chicken breast and the guy in the meat department argues with me that you have to buy the value packs of meat. My coupon doesnt say that anywhere and instead of asking someone else he just continues to give me attitude and argue with me in front of customers. I called my husband to tell him what a horrible experience i was having and he called the store and talked to a manager. She proceeded to ask what I looked like as if she was going to talk to me and I never saw her. When I went to check out I talked to another manager and apparently the one on the phone left because her shift ended already. So now i have to re explain my ordeals. I proceed to pay for $120 in groceries and after i pay they offer me a $25 gift card after i told them that i wont be shopping there again. Why not just give me the 25 dollars off my groceries instead of forcing me to shop again at a store where you are treated like scum. I'm appauled and will be turning over my pictures of the deli worker to the state department that handles deli workers I guess.

I'm from Ohio and visit a friend in Cody. I'm love huckleberry, especially Dust Cutter Huckleberry Lemonade. I stopped in on Tuesday and bought all they had, Joe came up and I asked if I could get a case of it. He told me it would be in on Thursday. I got my case!!! Joe, Samantha, and Dan were great!! I appreciate all their help!!

Albetsons has been around for a long while and before it was sold had fair prices not any longer. Did you know the prices change depending on where you are say Columbia village aposed to overland road. Higher incomes in Columbia village, mean higher prices on the same item. Some times 15 percent. I don't shop there.

First time I was disappointed with the bakery. Ordered a purple/pink/blue/white unicorn cake. Went to pick it up the next day and it was a half done rainbow unicorn mane cake with eye brows but no eyes. Wow :( I do have to say the cake decorator was there when I picked it up, I told her it was the wrong cake and she grabbed a different cake and frosted/decorated the second one pretty close to what it was supposed to look like for free. Made it right but it was still disappointing.

Although all the employees are top-notch, if you're in pain and need to have your groceries delivered - be prepared to pay 15 to 35% more per item plus a delivery fee!! Looks like discrimination to me against those who cannot go into stores... however if you do have to go in they will always help you out with your groceries and load them up and cannot take tips unfortunately because many of them earn them! Watch your sales sometimes they're misleading...

We really like this store's produce and selection, along with their prices. We don't get sucked in here like we do in Walmart with all the extra stuff, we can get in and get out, AND buy a Starbucks! It was okay, would have been good if they carried Bud Light Platinum in a six pack not just a half a case. In todays market you can't expect them to carry consistently a productive you routinely buy. In today's market not really many businesses consider or appreciate out regular buying habits. For that one thing it doesn't encourage me to be a loyal customer since they don't really appreciate my buying habits which just about all merchants do today!

I just left the East Boise location feeling quite dissatisfied. When asked a simple question about where a group of flowers might be in your flower department, the best your employer could do there was to simply point. I later asked another question about the flowers I chose, And all she could muster was a single, "No." Completely disinterested in truly helping me in a generous or authentic manner. Next I made my way to the check out line where the employee working behind the till was far more intrested in helping someone looking for an Amazon gift card rather than simply checking me out and pressing all of his stupid buttons to send me on my way. Having had my receipt shoved into my hand without a thank you, or even eye contact for that matter, I finally was rid of these rather rude customer service employees. These incidents are not catastrophes. I will manage to get on with my life just fine. The employees did their jobs, granted at a base level. However, having just visited a neighboring store where the clerk there was both warm and inviting, grateful even for my business, I can't help but long for the days when employees simply gave a smile and a greeting, showed some enthusiasm and appreciation. Basically, good customer service. And many do! This same Albertsons store has many friendlies who are very kind, respectful and helpful. Wish I had encountered them today.

The coolest thing happened today... I ordered my grandaughter's birthday cake online at Albertsons on Park Center this last Monday. When I went to pick up the cake today they didn’t have the order. I showed them my email receipt so they called the manager. The bakery lady told me if I could wait she could have the cake done in 20 minutes. I said no problem I could wait. I didn’t have any shopping to do so I was hanging around the floral section. The manager approached me with a receipt in hand and said it was his mistake so he paid for the cake. The cake was $34... I couldn’t believe that he did this. I’m so impressed with the customer service and how they all treated me. I wasn’t expecting that, nor was I upset I had to wait. Thought I would share this experience with everyone and give a shout out to this awesome manager, Wade Eberhardtt! He went above and beyond the call of duty.

Produce Department Personnel: Karen and Chris are extremely helpful for how hard they were working... (I 'had' too take notice.) It was like they were stocking their own refrigerator; with how carefully they treated the fruits and vegetables!! Each one individually, had knowledge that was beyond what I expected! I was even offered a sample of Dragon Fruit. (not as sweet as it looks!) My point is, that I more than not have a positive experience here at Albertsons. Yes, it's true. We did the food delivery and it was amazing!! First of all, ordering online was easy and user friendly. I was able to pick my delivery window and you can even select for the driver to leave the groceries on your door. The delivery truck came to our house in a beautifully logo van, parked in front (not on the drive way) and delivered all the groceries at once! Fast and easy, James L. was awesome! The truck has a freezer, fridge, and normal compartments to keep the food nice and fresh. Produce was awesome and fresh. Everything was perfect!

Went there just to use the Coinstar machine. When I cashed out my ticket, the cashier advised me I should shop before cashing in my ticket. He got even more rude when i told him i wasn't there to shop and that Albertsons is overpriced. If I was going to shop, I would've just went to wal mart.

Prices have gone up. Anything from a cow is outrageous (beef, milk, cheese). I also don't personally see a benefit to having a dozen different jars of pasta sauce priced OVER $7 A JAR... or even putting a $10 PINT of Ice cream (not quart... pint) on the shelf at all. Produce is always in good shape. They are FREQUENTLY out of chicken thighs.
