Amazing kringles and desserts, they really only carry pastries in terms of food, so don't come here to do your grocery shopping. Best donuts/pastries/kringles I've ever had. Not overly expensive for the top quality they serve at Uncle Mike's. Great to sit down and eat, also for taking to go or just stopping to grab a quick dessert. Amazing cakes, some of them are pretty cool and creative. If you're considering going, don't hesitate.

Very cute place, friendly greeting from staff. However. We called in advance because I have a corn and soy food allergy. I explained my allergy to 2 people asking if they had kringles available without corn and/or soy, and that we would be driving an hour out of our way for a special stop. We were told they had kringles available that were corn and soy free. We emphasized it was a food allergy and were again told they had kringles available without those ingredients. When we arrived we were told that in fact there was corn and/or soy in their ingredients. They actually do not make any sweet kringles without corn and/or soy. This would have been my first sweet treat in over a year. Very disappointed.

This has got to be the best bakery ive ever been to in most of the country. Kringles to fresh baked bread they will slice for you, thin or thick. Reminds me of the old world bakeries i grew up with in Germany.

Uncle Mike's is the type of place that makes me glad I don't live in the area. If I did I'd probably weigh 700lbs instead of the lean 5'8" 350lbs (try to control yourselves ladies) that I am. Ample samples of their wares are everywhere. Came to buy the Sea Salt Carmel Pecan Kringle which was named one of best things made in Wisconsin (after me as I was also made in Wi). It is a very good kringle; but a touch sweet for my taste. I'm old enough to remember when carmel didn't have to be salted; but, don't know if that'd made a difference. Normally not a fruit kringle kinda guy but the sample I tried of their cherry kringle could convert me. The many breads that I sampled were awesome. Took home the SanFran style sourdough and the marble rye. The marble rye is not only tasty; but, when sliced is visually stunning as well. It is not made with real marbels so no dental worries. To do a complete review I forced myself to eat an apple fritter (cause I'm that kinda guy). It's rolled like a cinnamon roll with nice chunks of apple throughout. The rosettes were thin, light, and crispy just like mommy used to make. Since mommy doesn't make them anymore it's nice to know someone is. The chocolate chip walnut cookies are outstanding. After comming out of my diabetic coma (which again I did just for you) was told by local friends that their quiches are excellent as well. The cakes, tortes, and pies looked amazing as well. Great staff. All and all their wide selections and great samples will make you cry uncle. 3 locations to make you fat & happy. If this review isn't complete enough please let me know and I'll gladly go back and do more research.

Uncle Mikes on East Mason rocks! I had planned a retirement luncheon for a co-worker and completely forgot to order a cake. I called another bakery and asked for a miracle, they promptly said, "no can do" I remembered Uncle Mikes location close to work. Called ask if I could get a cake with decoration and words in 30-45 minutes. The answer was YES!!!!!! No only did they get the cake as I requested....everyone LOVED it. some people came back for seconds on cake saying it was 'the best cake ever!' Thank you to the great staff of Uncle Mike's on East Mason; you saved the day!

It's slowly becoming a tradition that whenever I'm on a trip I look for the best bakery/doughnut shop in the area. While I originally went for doughnuts, I really found a love with their kringles. I didn't even intend on buying one. To my surprise they had a prize wheel when I visited and I won a whole kringle. I picked almond and it was to die for. I ate it all within a week and find myself craving one ever since. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of baked goods, coffee, and other treats. Store is clean and quaint. I will for sure be back in the future.

So good! They set out so many samples of breads, kringle, etc. You can buy something, but a cup of coffee and eat right there. They also have hot soup and a variety of other cold drinks in the cold case. Their former cupcakes are delicious and gorgeous. You can see them on their website.

Oh, my goodness, what a wonderful cake! I ordered this over the phone since we would be traveling to Green Bay for our granddaughter’s birthday. I was beyond delighted with the care and detail Uncle Mike’s put into this delicious cake. I have spent more at other bakeries and been less satisfied! We came back the next day for bread, Kringle, and assorted other goodies. We will become regulars during our visits to Green Bay.

AMAZING customer service!! THE BEST! Had a disaster of a cake and cupcakes made for me by Cupcake Couture in De Pere. Went to Uncle Mikes last minute and the baker came out and saved the day. She dropped everything and made a cake for me - not only did she do that, but felt so bad that such a horrible cake was given to me by another company, she said it was on the house. My jaw dropped. Absolute definition of TRUE customer service. And the cake - it was DELICIOUS!!! Will never stray from Uncle Mike's again.

Absolutely love this place not only isnthe regular bakery great but their gluten free cupcakes are amazing. My wife has Celiac and she can't have gluten; never a problem with GF foods from here. To top it off the gluten free options don't even taste that way. That is the magic that keeps bringing us back.

I have been to Uncle Mikes several times and it's a great bakery. They have a huge selection yummy items. There are literally hundreds of choices, but the Kringles are their thing are are pretty great. We have had some of the baklava as well and it's quite tasty too. I used this as a way to make up for a missed meeting and I believe I won my team over!

Fresh donuts, free taste-tests out on the counter, and friendly staff keep us coming back. The website doesn't lie - the Kringle really is amazing and always a favorite at office parties. Kids drool over the array of iced sugar cookies. Uncle Mike's is one of the best parts of Green Bay. It's worth a trip just for the smell alone - heavenly. Not a lot of seating so you'll probably want to take your treats to go.
