Great little “home town” restaurant kind of feel. One of our favorite places to go, everything I’ve had there I’ve been happy with, and the bakery items are the best in town. Donuts, cookies, cakes, cupcakes..all of it. If you need a sweet fix it’s the place to go. Highly recommend.

Stopped in this amazing little restaurant and bakery when traveling to Pennsylvania. Its right off the highway in a nice plaza. Very clean restaurant with friendly and professional staff. Food was very good. The bakery was a real find. Will put this on my "must stop" when I travel by again.

Everything we've tried here has been delicious: steak wrap, Philly, Reuben, onion rings. The desserts are fantastic! Red velvet cake, coconut cake, huge thick chocolate chip cookies. The staff were all very pleasant. We're thrilled that they have moved to Morgantown so we can go more often!

Great food, wonky service. My girlfriend and I were seated at a table constantly bumped into by staff when there were better open tables all around us, and were checked on only once during the whole meal as staff hovered and passed us the whole time.

THE food is great . WE got a piece of chocolate cake to take home for later . It was old and dry . Price on the Dessert is to high on the cake $ 4.55 for a piece . For chocolate chip cookies 2.00 . The cream of chicken and biscuits great. The service was great. We ate there 5 /6 times since you moved to Morgantown .

The food was good but the service was poor. The waitress had too many tables and we had to ask other people for refills and desserts. The main course was very good but the dessert was dry and did not impress. The seating is also cramped with not much space inside. They do have a bakery that we didn't get to check out.

My wife and I ate breakfast on a Sunday morning at 9am. We beat the morning rush by a few minutes. Food and service was really good. Price was very reasonable. Ordered a dozen donuts on the way out. Can't wait to go back!

The service was fast, and everyone was very friendly! The food was absolutely delicious! I tried the Apple Glazed Chicken and it was simply delightful, and my partner got the chicken parmesan which was great as well! I had only been here one other time and it was to try their dessert, so I had been wanting to try their menu and they didnt let me down! We will definitely be back! Also, loved the 50, 60s vibes of the place that you get from the Dean Martin records hanging up and the old trumpet hanging on the wall, etc.

Where do I even start! Everything from walking in to walking out was an amazing experience. The food is delicious, was made to perfection, and the baked goods....you would be a fool not to take something home. Apple Annies is THE place to be anyday...oh and by the way the price you pay for the portioning and quality is an absolute steal! The ONLY thing that we would change is the decor...made us feel like we visited a Cracker Barrel. Loved the mismatched dishes! The environment, speed of service and bakery....EXCELLENT! 10 stars if I could. Madelyn, our waitress...absolutely sweet, funny and I would love to have her as our waitress on every visit.

We had breakfast following a doctor's appointment and it was quite good. The meal came with toast made from scrumptious bread and home fries, golden and crispy. While we drooled over the assortment of baked goods in the cases, that will have to be a stand alone visit later. The waitress was attentive and friendly. We'll definitely go for dinner one day.

Very good and locally owned. Breakfast served daily until 11am. Daily specials, too. They have an extensive full service bakery in addition to the restaurant. You can get cakes, cookies, pepperoni rolls, gourmet cupcakes, and cafe beverages. Catering available.

If it weren't for the baked goods, I wouldn't have gave them 2 stars. I went in for breakfast and ordered biscuits and gravy because I heard an older guy sitting near me order it and he seemed like he's been there before. When he got it, the waitress asked how it was and he told her it was cold. I thought I would be OK since the cook would have known before mine came out, but I was wrong. The gravy came out cold, like it came straight out of the fridge. I said something to the waitress and just said, "oh, ok". No offer to replace it, heat it up or make it right at all.... I definitely wouldn't go back for breakfast again...

The staff is super friendly and helpful, really makes you feel at home. I love the atmosphere of the place, especially all the Americana on the walls. Great, home cooked food, everything is hot and fresh. The beer battered fish is spectacular, as well as the meatloaf and country fried steak. The salads are enormous! You will get plenty to eat, the portions are large and all for the price of your typical fast food combo meal. You have to try the cakes and pies from their bakery. Do yourself a favor, try the caramel pretzel cookies or an apple dumpling. Sooooo good! I have never had a bad experience at Apple Annie's and I've been visiting the place since it was in Point Marion, Pa.

We had cabbage roll dinners on March 30th. The meat, peas, corn, mashed potatoes, fries (fries were an unexpected extra charge) were all very unseasoned and disappointing. Fries tasted right out of a frozen bag. The peas out if a can. The meat proportion was small. Best item on our plates unanimously the dinner rolls. They were very good. Return visit is an uncertainty but different menu item will be a certainty. Service and cleanliness was otherwise great.

I do like this restuarant, the pies are good, not fantastic. But for $20 per pie, I feel overpriced. My favorite lunch / dinner is the stuffed cabbage rolls. I feel they are a good price for about. $10, with 2 vegs. The waitress, (unfortunately whose name I didn't get), was outstanding. She was one of the best, most cheerful, and professional I've ever encountered. Most all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Now for the bad.... I will not come back for breakfast. The breakfast is bland. An omelet, toast, and 1/2 tomato costs a little less than my favorite, (cabbage roll dinner). Moreover, there are 2 morning waitress I've seen who must have the morning shift. They were working the three times I visited for breakfast. Both seemed to have a perpetual scowl, they both were curt, and did not engage customers. In short, their attitude was slightly above deplorable. I took a star off because of these waitresses. Let me be clear, I feel this a nice restaurant worth the visit. But there are good, if not better restaurants in the area for breakfast.

I was driving from DC to Ohio, and got routed through West Virginia (not my usual route, but there was a massive delay). Well lucky for me, because I pulled off at the same exit as Apple Annie's! I got a dozen cookies. And they were all spectacular. The selection. The price. The taste. The uniqueness. Having been born and raised in Appalachia, it was still quite a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend! Get some cookies!

Though I would like to see more meal options added, they have a nice variety of dishes here, so there is something for just about everyone. Mostly sandwiches for lunch and larger meals for supper, but you can order either at any time. All the staff is very polite and attentive. Our waitress even listened carefully to a culinary critique about the cabbage rolls, saying that the manager always wants to know if customers have suggestions. (My wife's main complaint was essentially that they were not quite Polish enough.)

Not to impressed with their sandwich selection after hearing about how big the portions you were supposed to get. I ordered a Philly cheese steak and it was pathetically small with barely any meat on a 4" bun cut in half. Costing 10 dollars you should get something substantial.

This was our first visit to the new location since they moved from Point Marion. One of us had the meat loaf dinner and one got the Reuben; both were very good. Reuben came with homemade fries. We also got pie-coconut creme and chocolate creme, both good, but we like the coconut creme more. Love this new location. Great parking. Wonderful atmosphere. Love that the bakery is with the restaurant. Will go back and would recommend.

Well...We went on the advice of new acquaintances and my word they UNDERESTIMATED the description of Annie's. It is(in our opinion) MARH-VELOUS. If you enjoy oversized bakery items and home-cooked styled food, this is the right place for you. They have a wide variety of cupcakes, cookies (the traditional chocolate chip are to die for!), cinnamon rolls, cakes, pies and more! This was my second trip to Apple Annie's and it was just as good as the first time, if not better. I had the apple glazed chicken and it was delicious, as well as the fluffy mashed potatoes it came with. I highly recommend it!

Absurdly busy when I visited here.. very long wait. BUT... extremely worth it!!! Everyone in my party had an empty plate when leaving. Fantastic food and even better desert offerings! Our server was incredibly polite and explained menu items professionally and kindly. Everything we tried was great, except the coffee shop’s espresso needs work, as it was rather tasteless. Other than that, it was a first-rate experience. My family will happily be back!

The prices are so good considering what you are getting for your money. You just can't beat this place. While you are here you should check out the restaurant as well. Pictured are: Samoa cake: chocolate cake with coconut mixture between layers, chocolate chiffon icing drizzled with caramel sauce Lemon meringue cake: this was the first time they made this cake. It's a vanilla base with homemade lemon pudding filling and an amazingly delicious merangue topping! Look for this one, definitely 5 stars!

They put us in a new room on the side. None of the windows were open and out smelled overwhelmingly like paint. The server took forever to come out and then took the order of the people who were just seated even though we'd been waiting for several minutes. The food was okay; not at all worth what we paid. The bakery items were great and that's the only reason they got any stars.
