Wow, I walked in to this place a few weeks ago to a screaming Match behind the counter. All I wanted was some lunch. I will not be returning here!!

Placed an order on door dash. Ordered Biscuits & Gravy with black coffee, breakfast bagel with orange juice, and a Carmel Capoucino(or something similar). Total came to an outrageous $30, which I expected to spend a lot because of delivery, but the end result is why I’m upset I agreed to pay such a high bill. When it arrived, the driver was nice enough, but when I opened my bag, I had some cold biscuits and gravy in a brown togo box, not the right container, but really not that big of a deal. I got my coffee with that one too, and it’s taste was good. The breakfast bagel and orange juice that I paid $8 for came with just a plain bagel. I got ripped off big time, that’s the most expensive bagel I’ve ever had and it wasn’t even very good. No orange juice, no meat, egg, or cheese, nothing. Just a single bagel... for $8... Last, but certainly not least, the Carmel flavored coffee I ordered was absolutely undrinkable. I took a few sips to be sure that, since I was looking forward to it. It was the first thing I did when I got my food was sip that cup of mud. I had to toss it, there is a full $4+ coffee sitting in my trash bin. Absolutely not pleased, I will never ever ever go here again. And Door Dash is in hot water with me too. They wouldn’t refund me completely, which is absolutely absurd. Y’all screwed me out of $30, no lube.

Love this place. The vanilla swedish dream cookies are awesome, so crumbly. Everyone is so nice. Don't forget to check out the discounted bread inside the door. Yummy!

I'm never dissapointed when I go here, either for their ready-to-go breakfast burritos, a sit-down meal, or just something sweet. I honestly can't think of any other place in town where I'd rather get breakfast.

Everything there is made from scratch. Delicious lunch salads and sandwiches. Ordering a cake there for my birthday! So bummed. Ordered the cake for my birthday and it was seriously gross. I was so sad! I gave them a call and they said they would call me back about it. The frosting tasted like straight butter, no sweetness to it at all. They never called me back, didn’t offer me another cake, didn’t compensate in anyway. Waste of like $30. :( everything else there I’ve tried has been good so it was confusing for me.

Stopped in two different times. The pastries were good. The employees were very friendly. Except for the grumpy older lady. She acted like she was in a hurry and didn't want to help us. Barely spoke to us. She should stay in the back and let one of the other workers face customers. She seemed mad that we only tried pastries and not from her menu. But the pastries were fresh and delicious.

This business wants it's employees to put their job before their sick children. Shame on them!!

Kyle Sikes

Not only did it take FOREVER to get our food and coffee but they got my order wrong. I won't be going back. Not only that, it's fairly pricey as well, for a breakfast burrito, sprite, 20 oz latte and French toast it was $25.

Jbbouvardia

Excellent food. Best pastry shop in downtown Everett.

Chris Floyd

Meh. Wasn't crazy about the pastries, but other food looked good. Service was awesome

While the treats are nice, Anyone can make nice treats and sandwiches, but as with ALL businesses these days, the ONE thing that is EASIEST and MOST IMPORTANT to control is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Unfortunately these people seem to fire every decent person that they hire and keep the grumpy old flat tires around, but to tell the truth, it's the OWNERS WIFE that is the biggest problem!!! Keep the nice happy professional employees and send the ungrateful grump SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND I MIGHT ACTUALLY CONSIDER COMING BACK!

After eating here many times I can tell you that any of the lunch sandwiches , salads, and soups are made from scratch and fresh. The cooks use herbs from their own gardens and are super foodies! Worth every penny and you won't find anything like it anywhere else. The baked goods are hit or miss. If you get them fresh they are great! There is also a good chance you will end up with stale sweets! Stay away from most of the stuff on the right side of the case. All the morning pastries like danish, vanilla rolls, and croissants are fresh everyday. The bear claws are to die for! The coffees are brewed in the morning and will sit all day if it isn't busy enough to brew a new pot. Go with a espresso instead. That said the owner is a nightmare! He has the worst customer service I have ever seen ( much like the of the "soup Nazi" from Seinfeld ). He is impatient and rude. He wants you to be ready to order at the counter and has no time for questions if there is someone else in line. He treats his employees with absolutely no respect! So if you can get over the terrible customer service the food is worth it. I recommend picking up a menu and ordering to go over the phone.

The Sticky Buns are sooo good. I call them "combat rolls" because you have to hurry before they are out.

My husbands favorite kind of cake is carrot cake. Every year we try a new bakery as we haven't really found one that he's crazy about. (We had it for our wedding cake up in Leavenworth and nothing has been able to compare) Last year I ordered him one from here.....And it was pretty darn good, I decided to order him one from here again for this year, however when I called I got terrible customer service. The person that answered the phone was shouting things to other people in the back round while I was on the phone. And when she finally got back to the conversation with me, and found out that I wanted a carrot cake, she told me she had one in the freezer. I told her I was wanting a fresh one and that I would pay for a special order, she just said oh ok, and said I'd have to call another place. If I wanted a frozen cake i'd just go to the grocery store......that's not why you go to a bakery. I'm sad to say we are not on the hunt again for a good bakery. :(

I have been coming here for over three years now and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the food is great. Their regular menu is well done, reasonably priced, and always served quickly without sacrificing quality and always with a smile or friendly word. I especially love their daily specials. They are rarely as simple as variations of one of their regular menu items and I have always enjoyed them. The staff is also very open to special requests. In one case, I ordered their biscuits and gravy and asked if they would swap out more of their excellent country potatoes for the biscuits. They didn't even bat an eyelash and the meal was every bit as good as I'd hoped. I highly recommend the Petite Sweet Bakery. Your stomach will definitely appreciate you visiting.

The food wasn't great and the atmosphere is that of a truck stop diner.

Friendly staff, really tasty baked goods both sweet & savory, sandwiches during lunch hours, espresso drinks, booths & tables, quiet enough for a business meeting at 3pm. Had the Marion berry pie (yum and not too sweet). Took home a box of Christmas cookies. I will be back.

Jason Redrup

Too many yummy choices.
