This is a really nice place with a very modern yet rustic feel. Grain is milled behind a window that you can watch if they are in the process during the time of your visit. The bread smells amazing when you walk in the door. The Asian grain bowl and the spicy apple grilled cheese are both delicious. Chai lattes and coffee are really good too. They sell lamplighters coffee which is always a plus.

Everything was great. Will definitely be back. I had the sesame chicken quinoa and salad bowl. The dressing was amazing. My wife had the BLT with granny smith apple slices on it. Bread and cookie samples were tasty. Iced latte was good too.

So happy this is here! We had a favorite Great Harvest years ago in Alexandria and have missed it. This new one in Midlothian is bigger, with ample seating and counter space, and the food offerings have grown since those days. The Savannah Cobbler Bar is a fantastic breakfast choice paired with a cup of coffee from Lamplighter, and I'm looking forward to slicing into the Sundried Tomato Swiss loaf tonight. Hoping that they put Spinach Feta bread on the schedule soon!

Stopped in this weekend because I was in the area and have never been here. First and foremost, I noticed the interior to be super clean and has a great relaxing atmosphere. The young lady at the counter greeted me and my son and asked if we had questions. I told her we had never been here and she offered us a sample of bread and answered a few questions. She was so friendly and professional! Since we had just had lunch, we were looking for sweets and they did not disappoint! We opted for sugar and chocolate chip cookies and some sort of berry and cream cheese pastry. Price was incredible for the size of the items we got! I was expecting to pay way more and was pleasantly surprised at my total. The taste of everything we had was amazing! We will be back for more sweets for sure and plan to have lunch next time as well!

Baked goods are delish. Lots of people working, very busy opening weekend. Only one employee taking orders with a line. Hopefully, they will learn quickly that “sorry for the wait” with 14 employees working seems out of place.

Everyone here is friendly. Good atmosphere to just lounge. Would liken it to a smaller Panera bread. They have dog biscuits too. If they forget or mess up your order, they give you a treat. They usually have samples for you to try.

Walked in and was offered a free slice of bread to taste with spread. It was an everything bread and it was delicious. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and large coffee. The coffee was handed to me right away and the sandwich came out very quick. This place has a wonderful atmosphere and great interior design. It’s kept very clean and the windows bring in great natural light.

I went in for just a coffee. Thankfully I was watching the girl who was making my coffee. She wiped her nose and used her fingers to level out the coffee grounds. When I brought it to another employees attention they spoke with her. She got an attitude and said she doesn't touch anything. I said the coffee grounds. She remade the coffee but wouldn't hand it to me
