Went here for breakfast sandwiches and was pretty disappointed. The eggs are like those on a McDonalds breakfast sandwich and it seems they precook all their meats and then heat them up in a subway style toaster oven - not cooked on a griddle fresh like youd expect. Not real breakfast sandwiches at all. Bagels were okay and coffee was tasty.

I enjoy the sandwiches, salads and soups here. Even when there's a line it's always a pretty quick grab when I'm short on time. I have noticed recently that they have cut portions with the salads they make so as much as I enjoy them I've stopped getting them because I'm still hungry afterwards.

Very excellent atmosphere. Very clean environment, and the staff was super friendly. I was waiting outside to get some air and they literally brought it out to me when it was a to-go order. The food is also a plus quality. Easy 5 Stars highly recommended.

The bagels here were delicious. With a large selection, more than 20 bagels and 10 cream cheeses. The interior is clean and the bathrooms are fancy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We accidentally underpaid for one of the bagels, and when we contacted the staff about this, they said it was generous of us and that we wouldn't have to pay the extra for being honest. 5/5 Would love to live near this place.

Food was great but the service was questionable--I ordered one bagel with flavored C.C. and another bagel just straight up, in a bag. Got to the register and SHOWED the cashier the straight up, not even cut or wrapped bagel and when I got my receipt after paying, I saw she charged me for two 3.00 bagels w/ flavor C.C. instead of an .80 cent bagel. Quite disappointed

I raved about this place when they first opened ... its not anything AMAZING. but it’s not BAD... the young ladies up front however would be on the CON list for the store when you walk up a greeting/smile or any acknowledgment Is non exsistant . There’s one young lady that trumps them ALL with the grumpy I don’t want to be here face she has dark thin long hair and she’s not as thin as the other girls ( no name tags) she’s a grinch ... as for the food I did find a blonde hair ( I have short dark brown hair ) in one of my sandwiches at the last second totally grossed out !! Hair nets should be used without a doubt ... then there’s the FAKE egg which you get a huge slab off on your sandwich not impressed.. bagel selection great meat quality great .

LOVE THIS PLACE. The atmosphere is upbeat but quiet. It's SO clean and tidy without feeling sterile. Great wifi. The coffee is so delicious! Made just right. My only wish is that they'll start keeping some gluten-free bagels in the freezer so there's something besides a Chef's Salad for gluten-free guests!

Only one if the girls had the VT. Friendly customer service based attitude. Plenty of cream cheese, but found the bagels rubbery. Reasonably priced, and not really as busy as other bagel places on the Burlington VT area. No where as good as the Bagel Market in Essex, near St. Mike's. I do miss G. Tronos though regrettably gone for many years.

Just went in to Vermont Bagel to buy lunch. It cost me 18$ . I bought a Chicken salad sandwich. There was hardly and Chicken salad on the sandwich. Mostly lettuce and tomato. I did not order a veggie sandwich. So I decide to call the store to report to them the problem. A few minutes later the owner calls me back. After I explain to him I had called and reported what I had told the first person I talked to. He then excuses me of yelling at his girl. That never happened. You take a chance on spending 18$ on a bad meal! 1 star is generous.
