Sam Mazza's is great! Their bakery is second to none. Get there early if you want the best donuts. Sam Mazza's is a year round destination.

Kelvin Chan

I have visited there many times. I particularly like their perennials when they are on sale at the end of the season. Great time to get them home and plant them for next year. Bakeries are good, produces are fresh too but sometimes a bit expensive. Don't forget to go pick their blueberries and raspberries!!!

Way too expensive, how can anyone afford any of their fruits and vegetables/products? It’s much cheaper to buy corn, strawberries, pumpkins, at the grocery store during the season.

Beyond the amazing veggies and the smiling faces of the register lurk the bakery - don't pass by the donuts! From their amazing bakery to the variety seasonal fruits and veggies to the wide selection in the greenhouse...you'll be aMAZEd at how much this "little" Family Farmstand can offer. Wrap up the summer with their corn maze - it's fun for the whole family.

We love this as a pick-your-own place, and one that even comes with donuts that are made with the fruits that are in season. My kids love to visit the animals and romp around the play structure, and I appreciate their careful attention to health and safety (notice the signs about washing your hands before picking fruit, or after feeding the critters). We're fans!

I am very upset with this store! I purchased an impatient plant on 5/14 for 28.00 I watered it pulled it in at night. Two days later it started to droop. I watered again and it stilled died. I through it away. On 5/25 my mom went back to the store an came home with another one that we paid 17.99 for. Same kind of plant! I put it on our porch the next day it started drooping. So I watered it again. Next day it was dropping really badly. So I decided I would bring it back to them. So on Sunday 4 days later I brought a dead plant back to them. They wouldn't take it back !! Cheryl Mazza told me I just need to water it! I only had the plant 4 days and it had been watered!!! The plant was so riot bound in that pot it would not absorb the water at all! She made me feel like I was some kind of idiot who did not no how to take care of a plant, which I have plenty of. She told me she would water it and to come back and pick it up the next day!! I have know the Mazza's for many years!! All I wanted was a new plant. It would have cost the a few dollars! Now u will Never shop there again! I wil let my sister and brother in law who own Rozzies in colchester to spread the word on how badly I was insulted right in front of all of the other customers. Very bad customer srevu❗️❗️❗️❗️

Delightful farm market with a wide variety of baked goods, vegetables, gifts, and on-site activities. The owners were friendly with helpful advice on local attractions and businesses. We stopped here on vacation when we needed to have our camper van serviced nearby. Loved the fresh cinnamon sugar donuts, fresh coffee, and bread. Stocked up on vegetables and bought some local salsa to give as gifts. The gardens are lovely and you can pick your own flowers to build a bouquet.

Had a great experience here while RV traveling through HH. They have a great shop with awesome donuts in the morning. While we were sad we didn't have enough time to take part in the P-Y-O vegetables, it seems like they had a lot of options available.

Kathrine Acus

Friendly staff and good selection of live plants and local goodies!

Tim Cannon

Could use better/any signs for parking, paying for activities, and where to go. Seems like the employees are well meaning but not used to playing the customer service role. The store is full of the usual tourist trap merchandise.

As always clean, helpful, great people. Also reasonable prices.

It is pretty ridiculous how they charge you for every move you make at this little Family Farm Stand, the corn maze was over $30 for a 4-person family..

Michael McShane

Corn maze was good but watch out for leftover corn in the path. Very friendly.

My wife and family including our dog went today to pick a pumpkin for our yongest (9 years) and seeing that we had the dog my wife and yongest bought tickets for the hay ride and 2 pumpkins and me and my son were going to walk down to meet them. The lady driving the tractor kicked us out "we had to take the tractor because of danger of walking on the path that the tractor drives on, but meanwhile there was another family walking on the path and she said nothing to them. The place is a rip off they just wanted us to buy tickets, but it backfired and my son and I left. My wife and daughter went to pick the pumpkins that I missed. We will never go there again. Being residents of Colchester for 20 years I have never been treated so unfairly as that. Keep up the krap work and hire more krap employees.
