I was in the mood for a good chocolate chip cookie (didn’t make it to the photo as I ate it haha) and this cute shop really delivered! Good variety of cookies, bars, and donuts. Next time I’m going to grab a donut or two for breakfast. Yum!!

My wife and I were blown away by the wedding cake Nicole created for us. Not only was the cake stunningly beautiful, with great care given to minor design details, but we were told by many guests that it was the best cake they had ever eaten. Because it was a winter wedding, we chose the Gingerbread Ale flavored cake, with a buttercream frosting. It was amazing- so much so that my wife and I ended up eating the cake top, which we had originally saved per wedding tradition! Nicole was a pleasure to work with and always responded promptly to my emails. She was also patient with me when I didn't respond right away to her inquiries. The price was exceptionally reasonable as well. I cannot speak highly enough of her services. If you are in the market for a beautiful & tasty wedding cake, look no further than North Country Cakes.

Nicole, the baker, produced baked goods... including an amazing chocolate cake... for such restaurants has South End Kitchen in Burlington. When Champlain chocolates, which owned the Kitchen , short-sightedly closed it, the cake seemed lost. Through sheer luck I found that Nicole had opened this bakery in Morrisville. I drove up and found the cake again in time for my daughter's birthday. There is nothing in this bakery that is not amazing and unique. ... by the way, if you want a cheap everyday donut, go to Dunkin. If you want something truly special ... Including Donuts... Go to North Country.

Soooo good. The maple glazed donuts are amazing. You should also try the Snickerdoodles. We also had the ricotta cream filled donut and those were very good. You have to swing by here if you're in the area.

Not only was the cake that Nicole made gorgeous, but it was absolutely delicious! She incorporated our wedding theme and cake toppers beautifully into the presentation! Our guests (and even the staff catering the food for the event - who had a chance to taste it as well) went out of their way to tell us that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had! We could not have been more thrilled with our cake!!!
