I wanted to thank the pastry chef, David, who took on the challenge of making an insulin-friendly, dairy, and gluten free wedding cake for me. It was chocolate-y delicious and was such a treat for someone who is used to forgoing desserts. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, David. I know it was not easy!
