I got a Boston Creme donut, it was very dissatisfying. No creme except maybe a quarter size. Not one of your better Dunkin Shops. Customer service although was excellent

Cashier was friendly, if a little unknowledgable about their products, but one of the women making the food was incredibly rude. She refused to make my sandwich without bacon and told me I can take it off myself. I'm a vegetarian and she was told that. Utterly ridiculous. The next Dunkin location we went to made it no problem.

Great overnight crew. Good AC in summer, helps with homework. Their donuts however are getting worse. There is no filling or much frosting in most donuts. This has been the case at all DD.

This is the 3rd DD I will attend out in Burlington area or Essex. Def a must try! Good staff, friendly service & many choices in food. The staff are quick to fix a mistake and aren't rude about it either. I love the selections of breakfast sandwiches and donuts or hash browns & muffins. Always fresh. Check it out if you're in the area.

For the South Burlington location, I went to go use a coupon that is NOT expired, and they would not let me use it. They got very rude once more people showed up and the line got longer, even though it was only 2 people. Then they proceeded to give me the wrong donut. Overall I was not impressed by how rude they were to me when I just wanted to get a coffee with a usable coupon. And the wrong donut made it much worse. I did not go back in to exchange it because they were already mad I wanted to use a coupon, but I know not to go to that location again.

Great staff and service but I wish their parking has standard STRAIGHT spots in front, instead of the slanted ones. Just as many people come in from the Zachary's side and it's hard to get into those the front parking spots which are slanted in the opposite direction. So if you end up parking off center, someone else will park too close to you...(I could barely get in my car today).

Williston Rd South Burlington. My daughter had a coupon for an iced coffee that was going to expire soon so we stopped in on the way by to get one and a couple dounuts. They wouldn't accept the coupon saying it had already been used. It most certainly had not. At this point they started to develop some attitude towards us because there were a couple of people behind us in line. To end things and move on I payed for the coffee and dounuts and left. After all that, my daughter went to eat her dounut and discovered they didn't give her the flavor dounut she asked for. I will avoid this location in the future.
