My favorite place in the Manchester area to eat. My friends and I take trips to Dorset just for Rising's cheesecake. The coffee is good and the sandwiches are just as delicious. All food is locally sourced too! A wonderful establishment.

Both my wife and I enjoy this place tremendously. When we come back next year we would definitely come by this place for a visit. I recommend to anyone.

Ann Cole

A small gem. Also best wedding and special event cakes, cupcakes and other amazing treats.

Ankita Singh

Nice decor. Kinda cute place. Very good menu incorporating veggie things. Good coffee We order our own food at counter (which is fine) and collected our coffees. However, waitress prompted me to choose tip options while paying. I wasn’t sure what I was tipping for as I did all the work. Just for someone to bring my plate? I still paid tip as it is a bit odd, I guess I could have taken option of no tip. But this seems like putting people on spot for no reason or actual work. No one offered any water or anything-it’s mostly self service

Best bakery cafe in New England? Not sure, but it is the best we have tried. The espresso coffee was just right to our tastes and the scones fresh and tasty. We had maple pecan and cranberry orange. Delightful. Service was friendly and fast, restroom super clean and decor fresh. We sat outside in the sun and relaxed. For sure worth a stop, maybe even a detour.

Emily Rose

Love this place, we stayed at the Barrows House and stopped by here for a late breakfast (which is served all day!) and loved the food and atmosphere. Very friendly staff, and great food. Would absolutely recommend.

Hope to return to give it a higher rating on breads and pastry I haven't tried yet. Sandwiches look great, I had a Curried Cauliflower soup which was good. Nice to have given me a green side salad when asked yet felt it was over priced by two dollars.

Noa Avtalion

Good atmosphere. Love the pastries. Good coffee. Nice avocado toast.

Nancy Barrett

Service was great, the atmosphere is very cozy. My hubby is not a fan of breakfast sandwiches so they made him a regular fried eggs, bacon (cooked perfect) and toast breakfast. My panini was delicious and the house made sausage was very good. The selection of baked goods is amazing

Diane DeFelice

I was here with my husband the other week while on vacation doing to come leaf spotting in VT. We stopped by this place to grab a quick cup of coffee to warm up and ended up being blown away by the hospitality and overall atmosphere of this cute little bakery. The girl working the counter (Nicole I think?) was so friendly and kinda and she made a MEAN coffee. 10/10 will be back next time we are in town - Thanks Nicole!
